Thank goodness that I came across this little gem of a product. I have been making my own bread, bagels, pizza dough, and a host of other baked goodies. I honestly didn’t expect to like this baking mat as much as I do, but it has made baking and working with dough so much easier. The silicone is thick and durable, and it stays in place on the counter instead of sliding around while rolling dough out. I’ve used it for cookies, pizza dough, and pastries so far and nothing has stuck to it. Cleanup is super easy too I just wipe it down or rinse it in the sink and it’s ready to use again. I also really like the measurement guides printed on the mat because it helps keep things even without needing extra tools. The size is great and covers a large workspace, which keeps flour and messes off my counters. It feels like a much higher quality product than I expected for the price. If you bake often or even just occasionally, this is definitely worth having in the kitchen. It’s practical, reusable, and makes prep work less stressful.

Exactly what I needed ! I make a lot of bread. It was a struggle to keep the cloth I was kneading the dough on onto my counter. It would slip and slide and then I had to wash it after every use. This mat stays put and is easy to clean. The measurements for pie crust and along the sides is extremely helpful. I would definitely advise buying this mat. I love it !

This mat is very good. I needed a new mat because my old mat wasn't as thick as this one and I sliced it. I won't make the same mistake with this one. It's also big enough for my needs. It wipes clean and doesn't slip. I roll it up and secure with a rubber band to store. I'm happy with this purchase.

I had a thinner silicone mat that worked okay for biscuits but every time I tried using it with a sticky bread dough it was just a mess.... then I found this one! This one is easily twice as thick as my old one. Very sturdy. Clings to my counters and does not slip around! It stayed in place even when I was rolling out 4 pounds of sticky bread dough. So much nicer to work with. Another inexpensive upgrade that makes a huge difference!

I hate getting flour everywhere when I do my baking. I had a Tupperware mat, but I melted it. Don’t ask. This is lovely. It’s big enough to fit on my counter, and “non-stick”. It also has the pie plate shapes and a ruler on it so you can roll out your dough without having to think much. The quality is great. It’s relatively thick? Slip resistant, and all you have to do to clean it is wipe it down. Storage? Roll it up and put it in a cabinet. There. You should buy this. I also have the silicone mats to cook on. They are great too.

I love my mat. I received it a few days ago and have used it multiple times a days every day since. It held my metal cheese grater stable when I grated cheese. It held my huge heavy mixing bowl in place when I mixed macaroni and cheese together to be baked. I’ve used it for chopping onions, celery, slicing lettuce and tomatoes. It wipes off quickly and rolls up nicely to store in my drawer but at this point I may just leave it out on the counter because I use it so much.
