This is a well made, large silicon mat that I use to protect my glass-top induction range, and to use in the oven. It on the "thick" side which, for me, is ideal. It allows me to keep the cook-top clean. It's easy to store. It is the perfect weight I believe. It adheres just the right amount without it leaving any form of residue. It's works very well and I'm testing it for cooking on the induction range. NOTE: I do NOT put the pan directly on the silicon mat. I put the mat on the range after thoroughly cleaning the range. I make sure the mat and the range are dry and free of debris. I then put an induction range Lazy K mat on top of this silicon mat to prevent overheating. It is also clean and dry. This is NOT recommended by the manufacturer and I take all responsibility in my personal house/kitchen. DO NOT DO THIS JUST BECAUSE I DO. I am NOT an expert and I cannot pretend I know if this is safe and under what circumstances it might not be.

This is the best mat I have ever used for kneading bread dough. With very little flour, nothing sticks. The surface is large, and I love the measurements. Perfect for anytime you need a floured surface or dough. This mat is easy to wipe clean and is extremely durable. I highly recommend it.

Everything about this baking mat exudes quality. I know this sounds extreme but this mat is the fraction of the price of the popular mat from France which I own. It arrived folded in the box but immediately layed flat. I have a stainless steel prep table and quartzite count and this mat does not move at all while using it. I definitely recommend this baking mat to any home baker. Perfect for everyone and will make baking many sheets of holiday cookies a breeze. It washes up in a snap. It does come with a little recipe booklet which is a cute little bonus. It's totally not necessary but I think it shows the manufacturer really cares about it's customers.

I love this baking mat. The size is perfect for my countertop, it covers the whole of my workspace. But my favorite thing about this mat is it's "grip". It doesn't slide around on the counter and things on it don't slide around easily either. Yet it rinses off easily with a bit of warm water. A lot of other silicone baking mats tend to be slick, both top and bottom, making them more of a hindrance than a help in the long run. I was very pleased to see this baking mat was not like the rest. I highly recommend this baking mat for it's quality, size and reasonable price.

I have used my baking mat many times since receiving it less than a week ago it's very thick, nicely designed with guides throughout I have used my pastry cutter on it with no negative effect to the mat. Overall I'm pleased with the baking mat and what a great price point. Also the companies customer service team have been real sweet reaching out and offering their services to me.

This is a well made silicone baking mat and works well as a mat for rolling dough and also serves as an oven mat for cookies etc. I just wish it was a bit smaller in size as I found it hard to handle when moving it in and out of my oven. Nevertheless, it was worth the price and I am pleased with my purchase.

This baking mat is a very nice addition for my baking needs. Its reusable and thicker than my other mat. It doesn't slip/move when I'm using it to roll out my dough. Cleans very easily with warm water and soap. Its the perfect size for my counter. The price is good for this product. It also came with some recipes to try.. I made bread and sandwich rolls today. Tomorrow I'm making bagels. You can use this mat for anything you need to bake and more.. I recommend this mat 100%.. Its a winner A+++
