This baking mat saves a ton of time on clean up after baking. The mat is quite long, so if you have shorter counteracts, it may hang off or you'll need to sit it under nearby appliances. It is made of silicone, so it is not advised to cut or use any metal tools on top of it. It says you can bake a pizza on top of it, but I haven't tried that feature myself.
