As someone who bakes bread three or four times a week, a quality baking mat is an absolute must-have. I came to this mat after destruction of a flimsy product by my dough knife. This mat is the exact opposite, it is thick and (somehow) slip proof. It is a snap to clean and so far very durable. If you are a baker, I strongly recommend this product.

This is the best item I have for baking. I don't know how I did without it! It's so easy to roll out pie crusts to the correct size (measurements right on the mat) and easy transfer to the pan. I use it to spread my bread dough to the correct size for the loaf pans. Thank you for selling this at such a great price!

This baking mat saves a ton of time on clean up after baking. The mat is quite long, so if you have shorter counteracts, it may hang off or you'll need to sit it under nearby appliances. It is made of silicone, so it is not advised to cut or use any metal tools on top of it. It says you can bake a pizza on top of it, but I haven't tried that feature myself. It still needs to be lightly floured, it is not nonstick for dough.
