Style Name: Spotter Arms
Some people have complained about the quality of these, the steel, the size, etc. These are not rogue spotter arms, or even titan for that matter. These are smaller and lighted but still can handle some weight. I knew this going in, and specifically purchased these for bench pressing only. Not squatting, or anything else that might mean dropping the bar and high weight on it. These fit my Titan X-3 squat rack perfectly and are there for failure when benching. So far they have been great and I think they fit that purpose very well for a much lower cost. I put my bar on these and stood on the bar with my bodyweight. They didn't budge. I have complete confidence they will meet my needs. If you are a serious power lifter and looking for something to handle dropping 400+ then perhaps a higher end product is for you. Otherwise these are great.

Beefy with a thick hard plastic pad for bar to rest on. I ordered this by mistake; my rack has 1/2" peg hole size but these are 5/8" size peg. I almost considered drilling my rack peg holes larger but decided to return and purchase the correct arms even though those only have a thin rubber strip for the bar rest.

The media could not be loaded. I am very well pleased with this cage. I am a personal trainer for around 7 years and I honestly take a lot of pride in selecting certain equipment. Not only does my wife and I use it but for my clients as well in terms of longevity usage, sturdiness, size and overall quality of the equipment. This has very well satisfied me. It’s perfect for my studio in my garage. It’s a true 250 machine which is perfect, so it won’t tip over if you try and move it but I would highly recommend bolting in to the ground. The price was perfect compared to any other cage I was looking for for the same quality. I’ve purchased other attachments from this page that’s perfect for anyone’s use like the arm jammers but this machine makes alot of any type of training possible, if your using it for personal use or business where you have a lot of traffic it’s perfect both ways! In terms of the time it took to put it together it took my wife and I about an hour. They come in huge pieces so it’s not many steps to take to assemble just make sure you let everything a little loose before you tighten everything at the end. Overall I’m very well pleased and plan on getting more attachments for the cage in the future to add to my buisness. Definitely rate everything from top to bottom 10/10!

I have mine attached to a Titan tall T-3 stand. It works well, but you are going to need to buy a hip squat belt and chain and some stainless steel snaplinks to do lever squats. It is well worth the money!

Being that they are 1/2 the weight of the arms made by Titan I knew what I was getting. Iam an older (ancient) lifter and lift with weights I can handle for 8-10 reps only. After my son showed me a video of a lifter breaking his neck squating,I ordered these pronto! Seriously, if you Bench or squat these are a must if you lift alone. So for me they are perfect at less than 1/2 the price of Titans. Fits the Titan x3 rack perfectly.

Bought this on a whim as I didn’t want to shell out for a standalone belt squat machine and because I’ve had ongoing low back issues that flare up at times and prevent me from backsquatting. I put this on my Rogue Sml-2 and it works perfectly. There’s a little side to side play but it’s not noticeable when performing the movement. I have bumper plates and cast iron plates. I can fit about 6 cast 45lb plates and a thin bumper without any issues. Super simple to set up and use. I recently bought a Titan rowing platform which I think works really well this this as it gives me a solid raised platform to get a little more depth when squatting. If you have thin plates or calibrated plates I don’t foresee the amount of weight you can load on it being a problem. At some point I might just have to order some 100lb plates or Strength Co, plates since they’re a little thinner than typical cast plates just so I can throw some more weight on it, but high reps with the weight I can put on it now is still a great workout that I feel in my quads and this movement doesn’t appear to aggravate my lower back pain.

Took me a while to get the right height and distance set up, but now this is my favorite leg “machine”. Can be easily disconnected from my squat rack and leaned up against the wall out of the way in about 15 seconds. The only thing you need to buy is either a very sturdy step stool or mini plyo box to use as a “kick stand”. Otherwise, you’ll be forced to start and stop the movement at the bottom of a squat.
