This is a great and space saving recliner. It’s not so oversized that it takes up a lot of room, but still big enough to sit comfortably in. The color is a beautiful Grey/ beige. It’s the perfect balance of firm & soft.

Don’t really know how to rate this product. It doesn’t lock in place it has like two positions that it stays on either all the way back or halfway if you want to find a comfort zone between them about the time you fall asleep in the chair you might find yourself setting up or if a grandchild climbs up on the foot rest, it’s probably gonna shove the foot rub straight to the floor I do find the build as far as the material to be good arms are a little short only time will tail ... show more

The chair arrived with defective sewing of the upholstery. Ashley was no help. I did not want to go through the hassle and expense of returning the chair so I contacted Amazon. They offered a refund and the issue was resolved very quickly on line. Thank you, Amazon! Other than the defect, I am happy with the chair. It is very comfortable, seems sturdy and the seat is firm. Unfortunately the recliner lever is so tight. That my spouse is hurting her arm ever time she tries to recliners or sit up. I hope it loosens oever time. Tough decision whether to keep or return.
