It comes in two pieces. Got the free delivery where they bring it inside the house. Once out of the box it’s easy to move before assembly because it’s pretty lightweight. Assembly is easy: the back slides into the bottom and snaps with an audible click. The seat bottom is on the firm side (which I prefer), the lumbar support is generous, the armrests are plush, and the footrest is plush as well. As other reviews have said, this chair is better suited for a smaller person. I’m only 5’5”, most recliners are sized to where my feet don’t touch the floor when it’s not reclined. This one allows my feet to touch the floor. The space between the arm rests (seat cushion) is narrower than ‘most’ recliners. So, if you’re on the plump side, maybe consider a different chair. The recliner mechanism is smooth and very easy to close while still seated. The fabric is soft, but I wouldn’t classify it as faux leather. It’s almost like suede. If you’re familiar with “alcantara,” that’s more on par with this than calling it faux leather. I consider faux leather to be like vinyl. Time will tell on the durability. But, first impressions are very good overall for this chair. ... show more

This rocker/ recliner is a great purchase. It is very supportive (i'm a big guy at 237 lbs) and was very easy to assemble. All you need for assembly is a flat screwdriver to help wedge in the back support onto the bottom piece and Voila! your done. It was easy, fast and the quality is great. On top of that, it matched our ashley couch exactly! This is a great buy. We are considering buying another one in a month. The only tiny draw back is that the sitting area is not very wide, but like i said i'm a big guy and it is just right for me. The amazon delivery crew were great as well and left it in the entry way of my living room like I asked. Just overall a great purchasing experience. ... show more

I purchased this after much research and still was not happy. It was not heavy, but the leg support seemed short and it would not stay up. The chair had a decent amount of derrière space and arm support but family members said it felt stiff and not truly inviting. The material seemed okay, but who needs a recliner that won't support your legs? We were sad and disappointed so we returned the chair. ... show more

I really like everything about this chair. I wanted something a little smaller and this one fits me good. I'm 5'1" and its the perfect size. I also love the material. It kinda looks like leather but it's a soft cloth material.

Super easy to put together. Comes in two pieces that just click together. The rock is super smooth and it reclines all the way back. It’s a bit stiff in the butt seat but that will wear down once it’s used (just like all recliners) when you sit in it it’s wide enough not to suffocate you but snug enough to make you feel relaxed. I’m 5’6” and if you’re taller I wouldn’t recommend cause I fit it when it’s reclined just barely head to toe. Nothing bad to say about this chair!! Btw it’s the Grey one in the picture. (Transitioning to grey furniture, I know my chairs don’t match) ... show more

The chair is very lightweight and boards under the arm boards are barely padded and you can feel the pressure on your radial nerve within minutes. I ordered under the impression of an oversized recliner but it is not. It’s small with low uncomfortable armrests. There are a lot better products to chose from.
