These chairs are exactly what I was looking for to go with my thrift store table. Keep in mind that cottage white is off white but that was what I wanted. They are sturdy and my husband didn't need help in assembly. I put felt casters on the bottom of chairs for quiet scooting.

The media could not be loaded. Product looks neat! One of the chairs is not squared and it's pretty visible. I'd like to request another one but I'm sure it'll be a pain...so my options? Fix it myself I guess?

These are nice. I needed reasonably priced dining chairs that didn’t look too overdone with embellishments and all that, but also matched my wooden dining table. They’re simple and sturdy and the color combo was perfect for me as well as the feet not being too weird (flared or too extra). Had these for a little over a year now and they’ve definitely served, only issue I had at one point (never again after) was after initial setup a few months in; some of the screws became loose so I had to hit em with the alan wrench a little bit tighter, but ever since they’ve held up no issue! Easy setup and comes with everything you need. Also works well with chair padding if you like, as well as being light and easy to move around for events and stuff. Howdy! I’m going to get this across first — Ashley Furniture is NOT high end. You get what you get, but I did expect more from this purchase. Starting things off strong, none of the chairs arrived at the same time. So we got the first two, then the second two, and we’re still waiting on the last two. Not huge, but annoying. Second, these are what I like the call refurbished flexible chairs. These chairs used to be a different color, but the company decided to take spray paint (I kid you not) and paint them black. You can see the overspray on many parts of these chairs. They also used to be a different style, so there are empty holes on the underside of the top backrest, now used for nothing. The whole thing is tacky :/ Third, hardware. First two chairs came with everything, second two chairs came without a washer. Not a big deal! Grab a washer from the garage and call it good. But then your chair is also missing the threaded female end for the screw, which means you try to screw it in, but there’s nothing to screw it in to. Bit of a bigger deal. And if this isn’t enough, you better hope you didn’t get the chairs on sale. They may just never come, and then you spend your time just waiting for some response. You want the chairs still? Okay, they’ll refund you the money, but the sale is over, so you need to pay premium price :) Pretty cool, right? If you do actually get your chairs and you run into problems, same deal. No replacement — just refund and you have to pay more. (The real fun is when the package comes and the silica moisture collector bag exploded in shipping, and now you get to play 200 bead pickup). I will say, from a distance, they look good!! And they actually feel decently sturdy!!! So far, at least. Not super comfortable, but that’s what I was aiming for! (Sitting is the new smoking, after all). So if you want some repurposed furniture that might work out for you, by all means, go for it. Just don’t be surprised by spray paint, hardware malfunctions, and poor customer support, and you’ll be A-O-K :) ... show more
