If you have any hesitations about buying this love seat, doubting its quality, let me tell you, JUST BUY IT! It is worth every penny. Beautiful, solidly constructed, and comfortable. I ordered one ottoman and two loveseats. The loveseats are in better condition; I do not need to replace either of them. My review for the ottoman is under that listing. The BAD: a) Again, like the ottoman, the loveseats did NOT arrive "fully assembled" per the description here; the feet were in a bag, loosely tucked (not attached in any way to prevent them from falling) underneath the seat cushions. Not a significant issue for those able to lean the rather large furniture on one side and then back up again; however the contradictory website description is perplexing. b) On one of the loveseats, the padding along the side at the bottom is uneven or possibly even completely missing. However this isn't going to be very noticeable, and I think it can be fixed by pulling back the bottom fabric and adjusting the padding or adding more. It's not as bad as a rip in the leather which couldn't be fixed. We have pets so the loveseats were immediately covered with a slipcover, making the padding anomaly even less noticeable. c) The throw pillows were flat as pancakes when they arrived. Although they did fluff up well, they quickly flattened when leaned against. The throw pillows are filled with "100% Waterfowl Feathers" per the tag inside (see photo) which is nice; but the size of the insert doesn't entirely fill out the covers. The size in the product description is stated as 22", however I was able to fit the entire pillow including cover inside another 22" cover, with room to spare. I'm now using 20" covers (B08BKJFQ97) with the same inserts which seem to be a perfect fit. They stay fluffy now and look nicer in my opinion. The GOOD: a) The leather is beautiful. b) The loveseats are very comfortable and look fabulous. c) Unlike the ottoman, the nail head trim is relatively straight (a couple are spaced a little off but nothing people will notice readily). d) Unlike the throw pillows, the seat cushions are STUFFED, couldn't possibly be fuller. ... show more

i would have never guessed that I could get real furniture from amazon. Especially if the shipping is still 2-day free!! but we DID!! My local home furniture store had the same set but the sofa-mattress option was $300+ more! I thought that when it came the mattress wouldn't be there or that it would be super flimsy, but it isn't! The quality feel, durability and everything about the quality, if i didn't know better i would have guessed it came from a local store. The delivery was fast and easy and STILL FREE on my prime membership! I can't imagine what it would have been like if i wanted to return them. I saved over $400+, its definitely worth every penny! ... show more

This couch was delivered without the feet. I had to order them separately bc Ahley seemed to miss that small detail.

When to Ashley's store to touch, see, feel this couch before ordering, It is a lovely taupe color and we have the same exact couch in brown (larkinhurst?). We received the sofa and it is a medium gray, NOT taupe. Took a pillow into the store to see that it was off by many shades. The other problem is that the fabric has a sheen so at night the couch looks dark silver! I REALLY WANTED A TAUPE SOFA THAT Ashley's displays. Disappointed. Will never order furniture on line again! ... show more
