My one complaint is - I ordered the $99.00 professional assembly which included placing the chairs (i Bought two) in your house removing the packaging and clean up. Problem was the chairs were two-day delivery but the professional assembly was 2 weeks later. I tried but found no way to match the two for the sameday. ... show more

Chair is smooth amd easy to operate. I thought was gonna be more like a leather but has a slight suede feel but easy to clean. Super comfortable. Love the color! And superb value. Quiet in operation and holds even folks over 200 lbs. Easy to put together.

We were looking forward to replacing our old recliner with this one, but it didn’t meet expectations. The chair was easy to assemble and disassemble, and it does look nice. The color is rich, the faux leather feels soft, and the cushioning is comfortable. However, the size is misleading. This recliner is advertised as oversized, but when I measured it, the width was about 38 inches at most. The arms, while plush, press against both hips, which makes it feel smaller than a standard recliner. I’m not particularly large, so this was a disappointment. If you don’t truly care about the size, you may love this chair. It looks great, feels nice to sit in, and would suit a smaller frame perfectly. Signature Design by Ashley McGann Modern Faux Leather Manual Pull Rocker Recliner, Brown is beautiful and the texture of the fabric is soft and pleasant; that is all that is good about it. The seat is stiff and painful after less than an hour. The armrests push into your sitting area and squeeze into your body causing lack of ability to shift for comfort. I stumbled across this today and ordered it immediately! About the chair! It exceeded my expectations and is extremely comfortable! It is oversized so plenty of room for me and my fur babies! This chair is way too small for a tall person. I went back in and checked the description it states oversized. It is not. My husband is 6’3”; back of the chair doesn’t even reach the top of his shoulders. If you are a smaller in size and stature, like me; I’m 5’3” and the chair was purchased for you I think you would like the chair. Unfortunately it was not bought for me.
