The item was delivered before they said. Yes, the box was heavy it took two persons to handle it. Once inside, the package was neatly arranged and in order, instructions were clear too, some people say they took them 4 hours to assemble, for us it was just a little more than one, once you figure out all the pieces and you do the first chair it’s easy to work on all of them fast. Arrived with a manufactured defect. And for the cost of a brand new table I was not keeping. As it was. Amazon customer service failed with trying to do a return, nearly 2 hours of “let me get you to the right person” I finally gave up. Called the next day and was told ok pick up would be in another day. Just at dinner, same day the Amazon guys were there to pick it up. So no, not the next day. Same day pick up. Wasn’t a defect from Amazon shipping, but from the manufacturer. Amazon pick up men were helpful, but shocked it was not boxed back up. ... show more
