The product FINALLY arrived, unscathed on the 3rd shipping attempt. I’ll explain briefly: the first shipment was lost in transit. Amazon tried to correct the error and sent me a second that UPS damaged and I couldn’t believe they attempted to deliver. The third (that finally arrived) shipment was intact and no damages inside or outside the package. Assembly was not hard. A 4mm hex head socket made this fast. Bolts were stapled to each piece so there was no confusion. I didn’t have trouble balancing the chairs to make sure there was square floor contact with the legs. Assembly was about an hour and forty five minutes. Table was super easy. For the chairs, I’d advise to assemble the chair, stand up on a flat floor, sit on it with medium weight, then tighten up all the screws to torque. This will have them evenly balanced and no rocking. Chairs are comfortable table top is a pretty dark color. I’d recommend this high table, but do know, it will have to be assembled.

This set was a breeze to assemble with a cordless screwdriver. The parts all matched up. There were no dings, scratches, or cracks in the unit. I put together with my son in under an hour. Assembly instructions were simple. It is sturdy and fits into a 10 x 10 Condo dinig room just fine. I recommend for a small Condo or Apartment.

I want to start by stating I am a 55 yo woman who put this table together by myself. I have to say once i put the first chair togeher whch took about an hour. After that it was not difficult at all. It is time consuming. I suggest you get a T-BAR allen wrench its going to go alot faster with one. One chair takes 11 allen screws and 6 wood screws. It really wasnt hard. IMPORTANT: YOU HAVE TO PLAY WITH THE PIECES TO SEE WHICH ONES FIT BETTER. YOU CANT JUST PUT THEM ANYWHERE. I FOUND THIS OUT WHEN MY SECOND CHAIR WAS WOBBLY I TOOK IT APART AND SWITCHED THE LEGS WITH ONES THAT FIT THE SLOT MORE FLUSH AND SNUG. I am in love with my new table. Its sturdy and comfortable. I love the color. My delivery drivers called when they were close and brought it right into my dining room. I was grateful for that. I totally recommend this table. Its worth every penny.

I didn't need a full size table as I haven't got the space for one, but I love the style of the "pub" or counter height tables. Assembly took an hour or so, and for the price shipped to your front door, this was an absolute no brainer. We love our new table!

I purchased the brown set having seen it in the furniture store. The price listed on Amazon was $200 cheaper. Set arrived quickly and UPS brought it upstairs. All the pieces were there. But part of the table was split. I opted for using would glue and attempted to repair it. I didn’t want the hassle of re-boxing and waiting on UPS. It took 2 hours to assemble and is easier with two people. Again overall it’s a nice sturdy high top set. But you run the risk of receiving damaged parts.

The over all look of the table is very sharp and pretty and I dislike that I have to be the first one to not give a 5 star rating but I have to because I’m way to honest! The fact that I had to pay almost $500 first off I think the table shouldn’t have little defects in it and if it does PLEASE (delivery company of Ashley furniture/Amazon)do NOT send those out thinking WE as customers WON’T inspect every inch of the table. I feel “they” ship these defected ones out because we as the customer will not bother repackaging a table up that took 2 people to get up a flight of stairs to an apartment. And THEY WERE RIGHT! 🤬 2nd It’s OFF WHITE or buttermilk color🙄 not that hard to describe. I have a stark white kitchen and even though it blends nicely it is NOT WHITE OR CREAMY WHITE. I wanted to make sure I was descriptive to help other people because I was very unsure when purchasing this table! In the end delivery was EH! But then again it is FREE and the lil defects DO irritate me but I could fix easily , however Looks nice , matches, seems sturdy.
