To think I almost returned it! I had NEVER had a problem about a return to Amazon; unfortunately, this time, the sofa loveseat would be picked up by a very unprofessional service provider. The several days delay, gave me time to think that maybe I had chosen the perfect couch and was supposed to keep it. I like Ashley's furniture and I had spent so much time searching and choosing the item and form of payment, between so many. It was very disappointing when I didn't receive it in excellent condition. I 'm a Christian and I really believed that maybe God was stopping me from making a huge mistake. Oh, I was (He was) right! It is the perfect size -not small- and comfort I needed. One might think its cushions are a little too soft; but, friend, soon after I kept using it I fell in love with it. I don't leave this couch with my back and my waist hurting while trying to get up and start walking, as it happened with the one I was replacing, purchased from another vendor, which was pretty but quite uncomfortable. I just try to use it evenly, by seating on different spots during the week, to allow the cushions to recover. The back pain is all gone. I was never able to take a nap before, but now I can do it if I want and even when I don't. LOL. This color -beige- looks very nice and elegant. I must say my niece and nephew helped me install the legs, because it's kind of heavy for me, to turn it back to the correct position -I am only 5'2"; but that was all the assembly required and we needed a driller, since there were no holes for the screws. AMAZON Customer Service was great, as usual, understanding, helpful and made me feel cared for. Representatives and Supervisor, helped me decide whether I should keep it and have someone take care of the defect at the bottom. I am so glad they offered me a solution and I am happy about how the unfortunate circumstances worked in my behalf, stopping me from a return I would have regretted. Thank you, God. Thanks Amazon. And thanks unprofessional people for standing me up twice and not picking up the loveseat in time! ... show more

We've purchase Ashley Furniture before and I was well aware of the quality they have. If you have ever been in one of there stores you will notice the quality they have. I just cannot afford it. The nice thing about this loveseat and the others carried on Amazon is the price. They are a little lower than what you would pay at Ashley. Besides that the wait time of the delivery is significantly less. So to start I was looking for an Ashley brand of loveseat that fit my taste and price range. This fit the bill. Quality made and quite comfortable. The look is as is online and the pillows although a minor detail look and feel quite nice. I would only change two things for this loveseat. One, the legs should be make out of faux wood or real wood. I was disappointed that they are plastic. It says faux wood but means the look is faux wood not the material. Second, The seats cannot be rotated like tires. I am used to a love seat where I would turn the upside down and switch sides. That would give you more wear over time. You cannot do this with this loveseat. The bottom of the loveseat has a different type of material that you cannot reasonably sit on them when turned over. Finally, I was supposed to just screw in the legs. However, I couldn't find any holes in the bottom and was forced to drill my own holes and screw in the legs that way. It worked ok but was extra work that wasn't expected. Very nicely shipped by Amazon. The plastic covering and new smell is a pleasure in our home. Overall quite happy with this purchase and saved some dollars purchasing from here compared with the Home site. I would recommend if you like the look. ... show more

My husband won a handful of Amazon gift cards at work so we took a leap and bought our first piece of furniture on Amazon for our living / reading room. Couch is great, can’t complain. Got here fast and delivery drivers brought it right into my living room. Not as mushy as your large sectional couch for watching tv but totally fine for a reading or living room. If you are looking for the little legs of the couch to go underneath check under the cushions! I thought they were missing with my delivery but then we found them hidden away, lifted the couches and just popped them underneath. ... show more

Daughter wanted this for her first big girl apartment. Arrived undamaged and was easy to put feet on. Larger size for adults. Stiff right now needs to be broken in. Throw pillows are kinda ugly so bought new ones.

Didn't like paying $200 more than the other company cost. Didn't like that the back was stapled improperly. Didn't like that the color on line looked tan brown but actual item was light tan tan with a green tint. Didn't like paying $200 more than I could have gotten it from a different company.
