Update: 4/17/19 bought this couch in 2017, it broke. We had to replace it. Not bad for a small investment. The arm of the couch somehow snapped. Probably usage problem , running out of room and ppl leaning/sitting on it. We got a new couch and I miss it. It was so comfy. To something noticed, the top cushions have zippers! You can unzip them and re stuff them if they become to flat for you. So, when I bought this couch I was worried based on some reviews but honestly, I am in love with it. I have had it for almost a year now and it honestly down right dangerous. Everyone falls asleep on this couch and you know how you get in a argument with your signficant other and send them to the couch? well, this couch is more comfortable than our bed so I sleep on the couch instead because its better. I got in the grey and I really like the color. A lot of people complained about the cushions you sit on, the covers are removable and washable, I am not sure why people think they can not rotate them. I do understand what people mean about the upper cushions though. I can see where my husband and I regularly sit because those cushions look a little flatter and have to be fluffed time to time (or before guests come over so it looks fuller). other than that I love this couch, best first couch I could of ever bought. ... show more

Changing review to one star. The cushions are a real annoyance! They won't stay in place! I've had the sofa for a week, just went to lean into the armrest to get comfortable and a board in the arm snapped. Cheap doesn't even begin to describe it. I needed a cheap sofa so I can't complain that I got a CHEAP sofa. As others have mentioned, the cushions are an issue! They literally slide right off the couch every time you sit on it. I'll have to find a creative way to fix the issue. The fabric is feels like thick textured paper, I don't expect it to last long, hopefully I'll get a year out of it. The problematic seat cushions are not reversible. The back cushions are attached, which is good but they are really full, so full it limits the seating area. Cushions are very firm, which is perfect for me. Attaching the legs was a bit of a hassle, no predrilled holes but came with self-tapping screws. No center support though, I may add a 2x4 brace in the center as a foot/leg. I do like the color, somewhere between brown and gray. ... show more

I am so happy with this purchase! The couch looks amazing and is very comfortable and doesn't have any weird smells. It's a firm couch but I can see it softening over time. The color is just as I expected and overall looks great. I researched so many different couches and was a little apprehensive about ordering one online but I'm so glad that I did! It looks great and is exactly what I wanted. I paid for entryway delivery. The delivery guys were so nice and even offered to put the legs on for me! They were right on time and took away all the trash. Very polite and overall a fantastic experience. They had even inspected the couch beforehand and noticed a small tear in the under skirt of the couch, I don't think it's a huge deal and since it's under the couch It doesnt affect my enjoyment of it. Just one of the little things that can happen when you order a couch online I guess. But the fact that they took the time to notice and point that out to me really made a positive impression on me. They even stapled it closed when they put the legs on. Super super happy with that service. Overall, this has been a very positive shopping experience for me. ... show more

The couch is pretty, but it's not quite as comfortable as it looks. Hopefully the seat cushions will soften up over time without developing permanent sags. Also, assembly could be easier. :/ I couldn't get the screws to go into the wood by hand so I tried to use a power drill - which made things worse because the screws got twisted up in the padding and wouldn't move, so I had to unscrew them and cut the padding off to get them unstuck. Fortunately, the legs only have to be installed once, and the couch feels sturdy. It's not a bad piece of furniture. In fact, it's pretty good for the price. It's just that it could be a bit softer and a bit easier to assemble. Update: Even though I'm a bit disappointed with the couch, I have to add that the one-star reviews complaining about the piece of particle board screwed to the bottom are ridiculous. It's there to facilitate shipping and delivery. Put on your grown-up pants and unscrew it. ... show more

Couch is nice for the price, but you may have to settle for rips and tears. Every so many reviews you see images like this. Our couch was delivered yesterday and while we like it, it has this tear. Now, we can go thru the process of moving it back downstairs and getting it back to the porch to be picked up and a replacement sent out that hopefully has no issues, but its just not worth the trouble. Recommend that when you purchase, open it on the porch and inspect before you even bring in in your home. If any tears present, its easier that its already on the porch for a pickup and replacement. ... show more
