Such nice quality for porch furniture! We've had our screen porch for 10 years now and the last five years our furniture has been mix and match and not as nice as this sofa and chair set! Was so happy that our 10 year old metal tables and the two metal-framed recliners in a burnt orange-red go so well with the new pieces! Quality: so pleased! Thick bottom cushions - they ARE firm but I love that! Back cushions on sofa and chair are softer - just perfect to lean into. The depth of the cushions are nice too, especially for taller people. I'm 5'4" and if I were to sit straight, all the way back, my toes just touch the floor. All cushions are detachable - no ties on either piece but you shouldn't need to tie them down. I believe the color I ordered was beige, and it looks like a linen weave. It's fairly smooth - not as itchy as the fabric on our recliners. Not super soft material, but tightly woven. If you have big dogs or young kids - the colors might not be a good choice as the cushions are spot clean only. Since it's brand new I can't tell you how well they will clean up. I'm hoping to keep a towel on the porch for the cats as they shed a lot. I paid extra for the sofa to be set up on the porch and they took away the box and wrappings - a nice treat. But I put the chair together today (the items arrived one day apart). I had just a little trouble at the end on the chair - don't tighten all the bolts till completion of the steps! and I used a rubber mallet to get the last arm on before screwing in the bolts with the allen wrench provided (a wooden tab fits into a slot carved out on the arm). Total time on chair maybe 30 minutes? Not bad at all. The cushions traveled well. Only the edges of the back chair cushion had a little wrinkle to it but not bad at all. Two people can definitely put it together very quickly. I also have a sofa cover on order for fall and early spring when pollen settles on everything and I think I'll look for one for the chair too. I saw this sofa on a total of 3 sites. On one site it was not listed as Ashley Signature but was exactly the same. Amazon had the best prices. I truly love how these pieces changed the look of our porch. I found a rug yesterday afternoon while running errands and it really completed the look. I would most definitely buy this again, even if I had to put the sofa together without the Amazon delivery team. It's every bit as lovely as the pictures. ... show more

Love this furniture! Well made and elevates the look of my patio. I’ve always had wicker outdoor furniture in the past but this caught my eye and I’m so glad I purchased it. Very easy to put together each piece (I have the 81” sofa, 2 side chairs, the coffee table and an end table). As someone else had noted, the only downside was purchasing it prior to it going on sale! It’s very comfortable and I sit outside often to enjoy the birds at the feeder (another Amazon purchase!) I highly recommend and would purchase any product from this company again. ... show more

to be clear the one star (which was the inital rating.. and has since been updated to 4..see update below) is for the delivery and customer service, not the sofa itself.. because I'm sure the sofa is great (we have the chairs and they are awesome).. but I never received this sofa. the delivery was spontaneously canceled and refunded (not by me) so I cannot comment on the quality. I was not even offered a replacement.. not sure what happened. so buyer beware.. your delivery may be adjusted w/o your input. Update: one month later.. so I decided to reorder the sofa about a month ago and I am still awaiting delivery. (it's been rescheduled SIX times already after no-shows). can't wait to sit in it if I ever get it! looks like a very nice sofa! envious of all you folks who have had this sofa delivered w/o issues... UPDATE: 2 months later, after 3 orders of the same item and I finally rec'd this sofa! love it.. looks great on the pack porch. and as others have mentioned, the cushions are quite firm, but will likely soften over time. however, the delivery process after initial order was TERRIBLE.. a total of 2 months!, 9 no-shows and rescheduled deliveries, 15+ phone calls to customer service,. 5 verbal guarantees that didn't happen. and finally.. finally it showed up on my doorstep one morning.. no text, no call, just. appeared. I'll take it! so glad to get it at long last. it was very easy to assemble and thankfully was all intact. but what a saga to get it delivered.. really makes me weary to order large furniture pieces from Amazon in the future.. ... show more
