I personally loved the loveseat it soft, cushy, comfortable. First I waited a month for delivery my appointment time kept changing. Secondly the legs aren’t attached and you don’t have the holes do connect them. Thirdly, the couch arrive damage it had a small tear on the back with the wood broken good thing about this is when I call Amazon they were quick to help me out to get a replacement but for some reason it wouldn’t go through, so what they wound up doing was issuing me a full refund And I got to keep the piece of furniture to donate or doorway or do whatever I want to read it. Kind of sad that my front of a broken cause I really liked it but I don’t know if I want to wait a whole other month for Losey so I think I’m just gonna find something different , but I’m glad that Amazon came through and they rectified the situation. ... show more

The loveseat itself was very well packed and looked great. The only problem was drilling holes for the feet. Better feet could have been used and made easier to install.

The couches arrived without the legs on. There were 2 wood screws for each leg that had a long narrow opening to fit the screw down into. I couldn't screw the screws in directly, so I tried to drill a hole but my drill bit broke. I used a pencil to mark the spots and instead pounded in a nail (a little smaller than the screws) and then pulled it out. The first leg was a little slow to figure out, but I got faster with each leg (8 total on 2 couches). If that was the only problem I wouldn't be writing this review. Since my wife didn't have to do any of this she was very happy with the couches. However, we've only had the couches a couple of weeks and the side arm cushion stuffing started to come out. It turns out the stuffing is held in by a zipper and the zipper is broken (in front and in back of the zipper piece). I took a picture to show how it only connects where the slider part is. The stuffing won't last long in this condition. My wife isn't happy anymore and wants it fixed or replaced. I told her not likely as it is really heavy and no one's going to do anything with the corona virus around. I told her I would put duct tape over the opening to hold in the stuffing. That works for me, but not so much for my wife. If I knew all of this before hand I would have gone with a different couch, so I thought I would give a warning to others. ... show more

Dislike it didn’t come with feet and one small tear on corner. Not sure if I will receive the feet, I hope I do. Not sure who to contact?!? Like the color and material and it seems very comfortable. But where’s the feet???? Hopefully someone will contact me!!!!

Item arrived no rips or tears. So i was happy. Though as usual the delivery guys were a struggle. Not amazons fault as its not owned by them. But there careless when it comes to peoples property like trying to go straight through a doorway with a couch when it should be obvious a couch wont fit unless angled.. and bumping into or rubbing on the customers vehicle when i said id move it if they need room and they say they have enough space. But beyond xpo being a bad delivery company. The couch is comfortable, will eventually buy the full set. Update, purchased sept 30 2019, over a year now no rips, tears, broken parts. Been a great couch and still super comfy. ... show more
