I don't normally do reviews but I just had to after sleeping on this mattress! This thing is heavy as heck but once we got it onto the frame and let it sit for 48 hours it expanded to full size. My husband and I both love a soft mattress but also have bad backs. Neither of us are small skinny people so I was a little worried it would't be supportive enough but we both love it. I'm so glad we went with this hybrid as I was just a little nervous about the all memory foam ones out there, they tend to be hard and maybe I'm just old fashioned, but I like the spring type mattresses. This is the best of both worlds. I can't wait to get into this bed at night. We are both back and side sleepers and it really is so comfortable. It feels very plush for sure, but I also don't feel like I am sinking down too far into it. I can roll over without feeling trapped. I have never bought a mattress sight unseen but this was a win for sure. It appears very well made too, with good edge support. Another note is there was absolutely no odor that either of us noticed. This mattress is on the firmer side, but does let you sink in enough to envelope the curvature of your form. It's extremely comfortable and I have not experienced ANY sinking anywhere. I sleep in generally the same spot every night and the mattress is still consistently firm on all sides. I'm 6'4" and 220lbs. If I had to nitpick anything it would be that this mattress gets pretty hot. Onto the next topic and the sole reason why I am writing this review: When you unpack this mattress from the box and the plastic, it will immediately begin to expand. Within 30 minutes to an hour the mattress will APPEAR that it is fully expanded and ready to go. This is where I think many others make a huge mistake and start using the mattress way too soon. There's huge text on the box telling you to give this mattress 48 hours to fully expand, and I strongly believe people disregard this because their mattress appeared fully expanded. When I unpacked mine I gave it the full 48 hours and I strongly recommend you do the same if you buy this mattress. The reviews almost turned me away but I'm glad I still bought it. Be sure to unpack it where you plan on sleeping because it is extremely heavy and a pain to move. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. There is nothing I dislike about this mattress. I have bad back and neck problems. I’ve had three kids, and it has taken a toll on my body. With our old mattress, I would wake up groggy, not well rested, cranky, and sore. Last night was the first night sleeping on our new mattress, and let me tell you, it was amazing! I actually slept in!!! This plush mattress forms to all your curves. Me and my husband’s backs, and necks were supported 100%. It forms completely to your body. Never in my life have I ever slept on a more comfortable mattress! My mind is blown! But most importantly, my neck and back haven’t felt this good in years!! I specifically picked a hybrid mattress, because my parents had problems with their memory foam mattress breaking down, and forming craters over time. This mattress is amazing, because you get the best of both worlds. I recommend this 100% My only regret is not getting this mattress sooner! (For all you skeptics, I am not getting paid in any way from anyone to write a glowing review. The shipping was much quicker than anticipated. I had looked at this mattress on Ashley Furniture's website for double the price. I'm glad I found it on Amazon for cheaper. This was our first mattress in the box. We both suffer from low back, hip, and neck pain so we needed something more firm, but comfortable. It came and we were leaving on vacation so it was allowed 5 days to fully expand. At first we were concerned it would not be firm enough. The mattress felt great after those 5 days. It was a little heavy but so much easier to move than our old mattress. This mattress is phenomenal! We slept amazing and I have slept solid ever since. We wake up with little to no pain. It is like a comfortable firm. Perfect. We have slept on it for a week now. I am 160lbs and my husband is 300lbs and we both wake up feeling great. I highly recommend this mattress. I was nervous about spending that kind of money on a mattress I can't try, but it was well worth it. ... show more
