The media could not be loaded. This electric insert fit perfectly into the cabinet I’ve had for years. The old one that burned out is no longer made. It is shipped fully assembled with a remote and two Metal L brackets to secure in a cabinet. The temp can be adjusted from 71 to 95 degrees. I’m very happy with it and bet that you will be too. Better than most RV fireplaces. I took out two drawers for this to instal, makes the wife happy. Only thing I might have a complaint about, is that the flames are a little dim, even on the highest setting. The lowest setting for the thermostat is 71*.

We ordered this unit after an on-line search to fit our existing LP heater cabinet. This one was the closest size, had good reviews and was a good price. It only required a little trim work that I had expected for a perfect fit. The first unit was delivered with a 1" dent on the edge and piece broken from one of the logs. Returning it was fast, easy and at no charge. I received another unit that was delivered fast but also with a similar small dent on the visible edge that I was able to straighten and touch up. The flame only mode looks realistic and runs silent. The heater mode puts out reasonable heat for our 12' x 14' den but the fan does make some noise. The remote also makes a fairly loud "beep" when the buttons are pressed which annoys my wife. Otherwise it works fine and I am satisfied with the purchase. ... show more

I bought this same exact unit a few weeks ago and it started making a clicking noise so I sent it back and got a second one and when the second one arrived it wouldn't even turn on when I unpacked it out of the box so I sent it back with a lot of trouble returning it
