I am already a huge Sidney Sleep fan. I bought their special curved pillow (you can see in the picture with the purple pillow case) that supports my neck and helps with shoulder pain from sleeping on my side. I have spent hundreds (maybe thousands) on pillows to try to alleviate neck and shoulder pain and nothing works for me. Sidney Sleep is my sweet spot where I feel bolstered in the right places. I cut these bad boys from their tightly rolled plastic tomb to breathe for 24 hours. These barely expand, and that's just the magic. These aren't supposed to be some sort of high-loft pillow - these have a construction that keeps the floof in the center portioned just right. I don't even know what to say - I fell asleep so quickly, so comfortably, and woke without aches and pains. I'm always seeing adverts for pillows with loft and clever animation that shows how they align the head, neck and shoulders, but with animation, you can make anything seem like what it's supposed to be - reality is different, isn't it? With this, it's slender, not fat and thick, and it cradles the head so appropriately and allows room for the shoulders. I continue to be a huge fan of Sidney Sleep. I will not relinquish my curved pillows, but now I alternate between the two to help my cervical spine and shoulders. These are nothing short of incredible. These Sidney Sleep Queen pillows offer A really nice balance of softness and support that works well for a variety of sleeping motions. They have an amazing hotel-quality feel with plush surface, and at the same time, still provide enough support to keep your head and neck comfortable throughout the night. One of the first things I noticed was how well they maintain their loft. The pillows fluff up nicely after opening and do a good job holding their shape. Most other pillows tend to go flat after a few nights of use. These recover quickly after sleeping on them. The microfiber cover is soft, breathable, and it helps keep the pillows comfortable without trapping excess heat. Upon closer inspection, the stitching and piping give them a premium appearance, and the overall construction is durable and well-made. I also appreciate that they're machine washable, which makes them easy to keep fresh over time. So whether it's for your master bedroom, or a guest room, or a vacation home, they provide consistent comfort and quality. I’ll start by saying that I’m one of the unusual people who prefer a thicker and firmer pillow. The pillow I have used for years was discontinued and I’ve had a difficult time finding a replacement. (It weighs approximately 5 pounds, which is very heavy for a pillow.) This pillow is not quite as firm or heavy, but it’s a close runner up. The size is what you would expect for queen or king size bed. The thickness is just right to support your head and neck and the manufacturer does not skimp on the down filling. After laying my head on the pillow all night, I did not notice that it was flattened or lumpy like some cheaply made pillows may be. I also appreciate that this is down feathers as opposed to pieces of foam, like most pillows are using today. The pillow is quite comfortable. My head stayed cool all night, I did not notice any odor and it was ready for use shortly after opening and throwing in my dryer for 20 minutes on the fluff cycle. I would recommend this pillow to an adult looking for more support than your average pillow has to offer. The price is fair, compared to others on Amazon and I appreciate that you receive two pillows in the package. ... show more

The set of two premium down alternative Queen pillows come vacuum packed. Upon cutting open the plastic material they were in they started plumping up. The instructions tells you to fold them and hand fluff them. I did all of that over a few minutes and they plumped up a lot. After a day they were quite plump. I can tell these were crafted with quality material because they are super soft and the material is breathable. They have quality stitched seams on the sides. They look and feel like quality pillows. They are made for back, side or stomach sleepers. I am a side sleeper and back sleeper and I feel that the pillow really supports my neck in both positions. I have neck problems so that is very important to me. They are not too soft or too firm, I would say they have medium firmness. The pillows are machine washable and dryable too which I like because I have allergies and need to wash my pillows often. I have washed and dried them once and so far they still look great. Afterwards they were fluffed up more. The price is a great value for this pillow set. ... show more

I am highly impressed with the quality and feel of these pillows. It seems like almost all the pillows you find when you go to the store, even places like Ross, are just way too thick and fluffy. These ones are a nice, generous size but sit on the slightly thinner side, which is actually perfect for my kids since they aren't too puffy. I am really impressed with the quality of the material that this company uses. It gives me great peace of mind knowing they are OEKO-TEX certified with no harmful substances or anything, so I feel really good about letting my kids sleep on them every night. Getting a two-pack of such nice pillows at this price seems like a very fair value, and I highly recommend them. ... show more

I must say these pillows were a revelation. They convinced me that pillows complementary to your body can enhance your sleep. They're a bit firmer than other pillows I tried, in a good way. Don't get me wrong, they're still plenty soft and comfortable. But my head and neck stay better aligned with my body when I sleep on my side and back. For the past week, I've had wonderful rest and at least partly attribute this to these pillows. Note that they took a couple days to expand fully; for me hand fluffing didn't completely do the job. Materials look and feel premium. I think the colorful graphics along the sides look sharp. It's great to know they're easily machine washable when the time comes to refresh them. Their price is very competitive for high-quality pillows. All positives for these pillows, so I rate them an easy five stars *****! ... show more

This is not my first Sidney Sleep pillow so its impossible for me to not compare these to the pillow I already have. Its not going to be a fair comparison, I'm afraid because my other pillow is from a higher price point. Having said that though these are really VERY nice. These are sealed so they are not adjustable like other models from Sidney Sleep. They are about a medium in loft. The filler material feels nice, identical to my other pillow, but sealed so no way to confirm. They feels the same though so Im confident. The other material does feel and look identical to my more expensive model BUT with one minor exception. These pillows have quite a few loose and random threads around the edges. None that seem to threaten the integrity of the seams, and not harmful in any way, just something I noticed as different. Make sure you let them breath and fluff a bit, maybe a night or two before use. They come compressed pretty tight for shipping, but they do fluff out nicely in short order. As I said, I was sure my review would not be entirely fair and I think that has proven out. My first Sidney Sleeper cost roughly twice as much per pillow as these and as such come with a couple extra perks. For this price point though these pillows are great and I definitely give them a very solid 4 stars. ... show more

I have used Sidney Sleep Pillows for years and know the product is good. Ordered these Queen Bed Pillows to try since we could use a new pair. The microfiber cover was the first thing I noticed, very soft to the touch and made it easier to slip on the pillowcase and it does fit a standard pillowcase. The down alternative plush filling is not your typical, these pillows have the good stuff that doesn't separate and get lumpy after a using for a while. This pillow gives very good support for back sleepers, it's low enough for stomach sleepers and it's got a gusset for side sleepers. I am a side sleeper and this pillow is too low for me to be comfortable but my husband liked his (we tried them the last two nights). The pillow feels soft enough, has a nice bounce to it and cradles the head. It's not a squishy pillow if that is what you like. It does plump up, I followed the directions given on the product page. So it's not my preferred side sleeper pillow but it's a really good pillow for between my knees, just the right thickness. Good product, well constructed. ... show more
