This fits well on the shower, giving you plenty of room to put your soaps and hair, shampoo, etc., but if not properly placed in the little baskets, it has nothing to hold it in place at the bottom so it becomes out of balance. I bought 2 of these and they were easy to assemble. Hook the hanging bar to the basket, attach the back pad and hang your razor mount any where on the bar and hook the caddy to the shower pipe (Hold shower pipe and pull down on caddy to make it a snug fit). Now just balance out the load in the baskets. If you are using a hand held shower head on a hose, you might run the hose through the top basket between the bars, like I did for convenience.
