I would not recommend this brace. This is a medical grade brace that should only be worn after ordered and applied by a MD, Chiropractor, or Therapist. When the directions say it causes compression on lymph nodes in the armpit area and should only be worn for 20 minutes and build up time and tolerance gradually. I tried it on and there is no way I would ever wear this. It is extremely restrictive and uncomfortable. I do not think the seller should be selling this to the general public. People have many different conditions that cause poor posture and back pain. This brace may be harmful if posture problems and back pain are caused by certain medical conditions that may be harmed by the rigid compression this brace has on the entire length of the spine. ... show more

I mean it is certainly not the most comfortable thing but after a few minutes wearing it you feel how it decompresses your entire back and dissipates your back pain.
