I’ve been cutting my own hair ever since we weren’t allowed to go to the barber shop in 2020. I use a few different tools, including a trimmer that’s not really meant for full hair cutting, and so it’s slow. I ordered this set to see if it would be an upgrade, and it is, despite the bargain price of about $30. I chose the silver color and it’s a shiny chrome. Mostly plastic, but the blade areas all appear to be metal. The larger trimmer has a good weight to it. Not as hefty as a true pro unit and probably not as powerful, especially because it runs off of a rechargeable battery. But still, it feels good in the hand, and has a lot of adjustability. The small one is lightweight and easier to maneuver into smaller and more precise areas. They give you plenty of guard lengths, plus other accessories like a comb, scissors, oil for the blades, and a cloth to put over your shoulders if you want. These are of acceptable quality - not premium but functional. I do have one complaint, which is that the screen on the larger one, which displays the battery percentage, is faulty and doesn’t show the full digits properly. But it doesn’t affect the function. Would I recommend these for a professional barber? No. But for someone like me who does home self-cuts, or cuts for a family member, it holds up. Time will tell how well the battery ages.

Okay sooo… I tried out this Hair Clippers + Beard Trimmer set, and honestly… for the price, it’s kinda stacked. Like, they really said “here’s everything except barber school” and threw it in the box 😭✂️ You get scissors, a comb, a cape, cleaning brushes, oil, charging cables, AND a whole lineup of guide combs for both the clipper and the trimmer. It’s basically a full grooming setup without the premium price tag. My experience: The design: Mine came in black with gold accents. The black looks super clean, the gold is… fine (just personal taste). They feel lightweight but not cheap in the hand. Battery + charging: Both are rechargeable and hold a charge for a long time. The digital battery percentage display is clutch — no guessing, no “oh no it died mid‑fade” moments. And they use USB‑A to USB‑C, which is a blessing because I’m tired of random proprietary cables 😭 Cutting performance: The clipper is the bigger one — great for taking off bulk. The smaller trimmer is meant for detailing, edging, and close‑up work. Both cut smoothly without pulling, and they’re not loud. My only issue? The trimmer is a little too wide for precise moustache trimming. You can angle it, but one wrong move and you’re shaving off half your lip hair 💀 Accessories: The guard selection is solid. You can cut pretty much any length you want. The only thing missing is angled combs — not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. Likes - The clippers cut hair evenly and easily, without pulling your hair. Once I calibrated the length of the different attachments, I could get the hair style I wanted. - The kit includes two clippers: a bigger one that used for almost all my head, and a smaller one that was easier to maneuver behind my ears, as well as to get the whiskers line exactly where I wanted it. - The bigger clip has adjustable blades, shifting about 2 millimeters - So far, it seems the battery life is great. I can get several hair cuts out of it. Dislikes - Most of the body of the clippers is made of plastic. Even worse: cheap plastic. Unlike prvious clippers I've had, these clippers do not look like they will survive for years. - The clipper attachments are a bit hard to get out of the big clipper. I was very careful because I thought they would break. They haven't broken so far, but require some strength and significant care. Bottomline: would I buy them again? Probably not. I'd rather have clippers that cost twice as much, but that they are more solid, better quality, and are long lasting.

This hair clipper set has been great for any hair or body hair. The gold trim with the black makes them visually appealing. They are sharp right out of the box and had no issues removing any hair. The noise level is low, which is a plus even though it is mainly made out of plastic. It is still relatively a quality piece since you get two in the set, it is definitely great value for the money.

This set comes with almost everything you would need to become a barber (except the training)! It includes scissors, a comb, a cape, and of course the clipper and trimmer. It even includes charging cables and everything you need to care for your clipper and trimmer including brushes and lubricating oil. I like that there is a nice collection of attachable combs for both the trimmer and clipper so you can easily cut your hair to a length of your choice. The trimmer is the smaller of the pair, meant for close up shaving and trimming and the clipper is the larger, meant for taking off large amounts of hair. The two I have are black with gold accents. I really like the look of the black clippers, but I’m not as fond of the gold (just a personal preference). I really appreciate that these are rechargeable and hold a charge for a long time. It’s also great that they both display a percentage of battery life so you know exactly how much battery remains before you need to charge them again. I love that they charge with standard USB-A to USB-C charging cables; one less cable to carry when traveling! The only thing that they are missing are angled combs. I don’t need angled combs but other clippers I have had in the past came with them, so I wanted to mention that. I used the clipper and the trimmer and they both felt nice in my hand and weren’t too loud (but as loud as you might expect for such items). They aren’t very heavy and cut through my hair easily. The trimmer did a nice job cutting directly against my skin. The only issue I had with the trimmer is I felt that it was too wide to use for trimming my moustache above my lip. You can get away with holding it at an angle to do moustache trimming, but I was a little nervous I was going to move the wrong way and have half of my moustache lying on the floor. In any case, these are a nice set of hair grooming tools at a reasonable cost at the current price of $29.99.

This is a great all-in-one clipper and beard trimmer set for home use. Both tools cut smoothly without pulling, feel comfortable in the hand, and are quiet enough to use without being annoying. The larger clipper works well for haircuts and removing bulk, while the smaller trimmer is useful for edging, beard cleanup, and detail work. These clippers have worked really well for trimming and basic haircuts at home. They feel comfortable to hold, aren't too heavy, and the cordless design makes them much easier to maneuver than dealing with a cord. The blades cut smoothly without pulling my hair, and the different guard sizes make it easy to get the length I want. I also like that it comes with everything needed to get started, including multiple guards, a cleaning brush, oil, charging cable, and instructions. The battery has held a charge well so far, and it's nice not having to recharge it after every use. Cleanup is quick, and the blades have stayed sharp after several trims. Overall, this is a great value for the price. It's easy to use, performs well, and includes all the accessories needed for regular at-home grooming. I'd definitely recommend it.
