I love this product it works awesome out of the box, but if you need more channels it is fixed so make sure you get the right one for your area they provide info on how to find it. PRICE needs to drop though there is another company going to give you a run for your customers and I am one of them... But I love shure for a small church this one is decent price beyind this is to high. small churches are the back bone of Americas churches so mega churches may use youre product, but I would be thinking volume... con. that is the only one for me ... show more

I am very happy with the sound quality and performance of this mic. I am a little concerned about the durability of the cable from the mic to the transmitter being so thin and the plastic cases seem like they may not last if dropped. The only other thing is that it would be nice if the transmitter on/off switch was not so small, it is difficult to find quickly to cut off your mic. ... show more

This is not a shure microphone. I don’t know if shure is manufacturing sub par products for amazon or if I received a defective/used unit. I bought this to replace a 2 year old shure headset microphone as a backup. I tested this unit out and it was terrible; cutting in and out, volume randomly shifting. Terrible.
