These battery packs are used with the Shure microphone that is specifically made for use in a fitness center. Unfortunately, this battery pack does not hold up great. I have cycled through 3 of these in a year, I think because of the moisture from the instructor's sweat.

Someone walked off with one of our wireless beltpack mics. This was a replacement for what went missing. I never have to worry about Shure quality. But, you definitely pay for that quality. NOTE: make certain that if you're buying this beltpack seperately, that you match the frequency code from your receiver to this product. ALSO, this doesn't come with the actual microphone part (Shure CVL Centraverse Clip-On Lavalier Condenser Microphone), so if you need more than just the transmitter, buy the mic as well. ... show more

box seamed factory sealed, but dust on unit and a ripped open bag that was empty, was inside the box. internal packaging was disheveled . I have a feeling it was refurbished at the factory? unit works as per design paired with a blx4r receiver on H9 freq.
