These are alright-ish binoculars and a good enough value for the price. But they're not great. It has nothing to do with build quality or material quality -- those are both fine for the price. It has to do with the engineering choices for magnification, objective lens diameter, and eye relief distance. These have very low eye relief, where to get the maximum field-of-view, you've got to take off your eyeglasses and put these things practically up to your eyeball. And even then, the field-of-view isn't great. It's not bad, just not great. So I'd say set your expectations accordingly. If you're out for a day-hike, and want something lightweight to look around at scenery, these are great. If you're trying to look at astronomical objects, nebulae and whatnot, these are bad. Want to look at some birds in your garden? Sure, these are great. You're a professional birder or on a S&R team, yeah, spring for something else.
