Bought this to carry my 13 lb cat. It is well made, material is thick and sturdy and the bottom fully supports his weight without sagging. I love the color. The interior is plushy and roomy. The zippers stay in place when closed and the mess areas are sturdy and allow good viewing in and out. Love the design of the carrying handles. They are sturdy and appear well anchored (my previous carriers straps were of a different design and ripped). Haven't needed the shoulder strap yet. We are planning to travel with our fur kid. We first bought a smaller size, but it's a little too small for her. We got a larger size. She is now in training to get used with it. It's very sturdy but still bendable to fit under an airplane seat. It also has 3 sides with mesh and also zippered, the top has zipper and mesh. The mesh makes the carrier airier. The bag is really sturdy it seems promising it will last with a good amount of uses. I have a lab/ pit mix thats 2 and half months old. He’s still pretty small and can fit comfortably and sleep all through our plane rides. The bottom of the bag has a stable base for your dog. Only thing I wish it had was more pockets to put extra items like there collar and leash poop bags etc, there’s a small one on the side that can only fit a small amount of items. My mom bought me this one carrier that I love because it zips from up top and it’s much easier to get my cat in and out, but I have a second cat now and I needed the second carrier just in case… But this one’s nice because my one cat is he’s a big boy… It’s not that he’s Big in terms of being too heavier or anything I would never fat shame my own cat are you kidding me… But he is a big cat like he’s very long. His structure is big. He come from a breed that a little bigger just like some cats are rather petite. He’s not. So I like this carrier because it’s nice and roomy and , even though it still has different ways to get him in either through the side or the top I like the fact that you can also collapse this so it’s stores easily. Because I live in a studio apartment that has one teeny tiny closet so I use under my bed for a lot of my storage and so I love the fact that this one flattens down to where I can just Lay it on top of some boxes under my bed and it’s no big deal… When I need it, I pull it up and out from under the bed and just sort of pull the sides up and it’s together.
