Easy to adjust the firmness by removing or adding material. Seems to arrive filled for a very firm side sleeper. It took me about a week or two to dial it in but when I was done it's the perfect pillow for me. Well worth the money compared to other pillows . I bought the king size. No weird smells for any of it's components. It has a nice cooling and warming cover that you just zip off and wash. Super easy! Side note, save any foam for awhile. Much bigger than I had expected but SO comfortable. I took off the cooling case and just use them like normal pillows but they are so long! Need bigger pillowcases. Definitely so worth it though for the price. Fluffy, excellent support, it’s definitely memory foam at its best.

It seems to be of good quality; my wife is already using it without any problems (after removing some of the filling). She has neck problems and even Tempur pillows don't help her. She also mentioned that it stays cool, as advertised.

The Cotelovo shredded memory foam cooling pillows arrived compressed, which is expected. After a couple of days, they fully expanded and reached their proper shape. There was a noticeable odor when first opened, but it wasn’t a long-term issue. After washing the included covers and using my own pillowcases, the smell completely went away. The pillows have a nice weight to them and feel supportive without being too firm. They’re comfortable to sleep on and hold their shape well, making them a solid option if you prefer a balance of softness and support. Overall, these are comfortable, well-made pillows.
