The only critisizm I have is that the little mouse that hangs at the bottom tier only lasted about a week before my youngest kitty yanked it free. This piece is beautiful, and I highly recommend it. I got it to fit in a little corner of my small bedroom. It is winter white, which matched my room perfectly (and my cat, for that matter). I would agree with some of the reviews that if your cat is on the larger side, they probably won’t fit on the pedestals. My Lilly is 3.5 years old, but very petite and around 9 pounds, and she fits perfectly. (That is her curled up on the top one). I have to order once a year bc my cat loves it. I’ve bought replacements but he won’t use them. The reason I have to keep reordering this one is bc it doesn’t last but 16months. My cat rips the twine off so easily. It isn’t the sturdiest but my fat ass cat makes it works. Extremely easy to assemble.

Turnip loves it!!! She has been playing on it since I set it up for her and seems to have no intention of stopping. She will take a couple second “break” every once in a while. I don’t usually write reviews but dang this is worth every single cent!! I like that the color is lighter so it blends in with background a little more. I also like that it’s more of a fuzzy/soft material than a carpet-like one which I see a lot. It makes me feel like she won’t start clawing on the carpet thinking it’s an extension of her toy. This is perfect for her to get her kitten wiggles out and for the price I can’t complain. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is on the fence about this!!! ... show more

This product is really for kittens. I bought it thinking it would be good for my adult cats but the ledges are very small and the the little cubes are small. The material is not very sturdy for older cats. It shakes when the cats jump on it. Because it is too small they do not spend time on it. The do like the toy mouse that hangs on the one box cube. I am glad I bought it on sale. In the future I will purchase cat trees at an actual pet store where I can see the product. For kittens this is a good product. Look at the beautiful cat tower that I spent months searching high and low for and finally decided to go with because it blended in to my decor so well and looked nice!!!! Isn’t it lovely? These photos don’t even begin to do it justice either as they were taken AFTER I scrubbed them for hours with bleach!!! You should have seen them in all their delicious and moldy glory!!! Boy it sure did smell amazing too! The smell reminds me of a cold, damp basement or of trying to fix that leaky pipe that had rotted away the entire floor in my very first house. Oh and to think I just wanted a plain old beige colored one! How boring of me! I’m so glad they went ahead and added some color to the one they sent me! What do you call that shade of black anyways? Black mold? That’s wonderful! I’m so glad I’m a valued customer. It truly feels so good to know that I got five whole courtesy bucks and some free toxic mold for myself and my family AND my lovely new kitty tree too! Wow! It’s too bad I can’t stay home from work because I have three kids to be here for the UPS man to pick up this deadly mold infested thing in order to begin to get my money back on an item that never should have been sent in this condition in the first place! In all fairness to the cat tree and it’s manufacturer it seems lovely and sturdy and appears to have once been very nice looking. It’s unfortunate that this product didn’t get stored properly and was treated so poorly. What’s that old saying? Nobody treats other’s belongings like they treat their own or something along those lines? Shame. Yeah yeah I already know this review won’t get posted. This isn’t my first rodeo. UPDATE: Because I knew that I was never going to be home when UPS comes to pickup the cat tower (they seriously ALWAYS come at 3pm for pickups even though I beg them to come after five and even though they know no one is home) and because I know as a mom of three with a full time job and the UPS store across town that the reality is I will never have the time to drop it off I went ahead and took the entire thing outside and Clorox bleached the heck out of it and then let it dry in the sun for a couple of days. Thankfully the bleach seemed to do a pretty good number on the mold and the tower almost returned to its original color plus that awful smell went away so I put it up for the cats. They love it! I have included an after photo with both cats sitting in it. My cats aren’t small at all either (they’re ragdolls) and I haven’t had any issue with sturdiness or size. It accommodates them both very well without being obnoxious or enormous and even manages to blend in to my decor. Like I said before, my issue with this tower was with how it was stored and not with the product quality itself which was no fault of the manufacturer but instead with Amazon who stores the product for the manufacturer. Amazon, by the way, ended up refunding my money after all. All is well that ends well I guess! :) ... show more
