I bought this for my son’s raptor while he was overseas with the military. When he returned home, unfortunately past 30 days of return, we opened the box to see all the damage, will not retract back, no keys, and missing parts.

This is a very good quality product. I found the instructions and install video helpful but some information should be a little clearer. Like there are two different size screws when attaching the clamps, and you wont notice it until you realize you need a longer screw when attaching clamps...there is a shorter Hardly noticeable as you work with them...but when i got to a point where the screw i had left needed to be longer I realized there are two different sizes for the clamp install. There are no holes for the hoses to drain water...my new truck does not have any holes so I would have to drill. But instead Ill attach a small plastic jar to the hose and see if i even need the drain hoses. Take your time and lay out all items on the ground and follow the install video. I really like this Tonneau Cover and yes I chose this one for the very good price and with discount and Plus 10 percent state tax i paid 704.00 Very good price and i have a friend with a cover he paid 1,500 for and I don't see the difference in quality. The seller is very helpful when you contact them and they respond the same day or the very next morning. ... show more

Overall for the price this cover does the job... it fits, and came with everything needed. The instructions are horrible, poorly translated from Chinese, and do not match the hardware kit that it comes with. The cover is covered in and filled with tons of aluminum shards and machining debris - I don't think any effort was made to clean up after cuting/grinding/drilling at the factory. So far it is working and at half the price of name brand products I feel it is still a good value for the money. ... show more

Poor instructions, Doesn’t fit the Ford lightning very well. Would not purchase again. Locking rope seems like it will be tearing soon but does work well now.

I purchased this as a lightning deal. It's a good cover for the discounted price (less than $600). Watch the video a couple of times with the parts in front of you. It sits ON TOP of the bed frame rather than flush with it. The lines are square so it looks a little funky on the frame. The only issues so far are the above cosmetics. When I installed it for the first time, it leaked and was not sealed. I thought I installed it wrong, so I installed it again. It rained heavily today and it still leaked. I can't keep it. I want to Got my money back, obviously the cheap stuff is of poor quality.

The videos need updating. The installation isn't simple. Diagrams and videos weren't the same as what I received. Very confusing. Several of the screws have come out while I have had it. Discouraged.
