Came in on 2 separate days, no big deal. Super easy to assemble, 2 screws and 6 legs. Pillows fluffed out to approximately the size listed. Back pillows might be slightly thinner. Wife and kids have had no complaints. If you think you are getting a really fluffy, long lasting couch...well you aren't, its $300. But I will say, it compares to many $500-650 in store prices. If you just moved to a new place and have been sitting on the floor to watch tv because you can’t afford a good couch, sure this is an option. Yeah it’s one of the cheaper couches out there so I wasn’t expecting much from the start, but for costing over $300 I wasn’t expecting it to be so uncomfortable and unpleasant. The armrests are hard and super uncomfortable. the pillows aren’t very cushy so it’s not nice for your back. The seats are small, you can sit, but forget trying to lay down unless you’re the size of a kid. Overall very cheaply made just by looking at it, wouldn’t be surprised if something breaks in the next few months. Assembly instructions were made by monkeys, no parts were labeled. You’re supposed to just look at the pictures and try to figure out which piece is which. In my opinion, This couch should’ve costed no more than $200. But they add a footstool to a very badly made couch and suddenly you’re paying almost $400. Should’ve saved a couple extra hundred $$ to get one that’s worth the money, but for now it’ll keep us from watching tv on the floor… 2 stars because i’m feeling nice today UPDATE ONLY 2 MONTHS LATER: One of the armrests broke already after resting my elbow on it a little too hard I guess, couch is still very uncomfortable, the seat cushions don’t fill the entire couch so there is a 2-3 inch gap in between the seat cushions and the edge of the couch which only allows everything to shift around even more. I keep getting scratched by the velcro due to the cushions not staying where they should. Velcro doesn’t really do it’s job of keeping cushions and pillows from moving around so I’m constantly having to fix them. Extremely extremely unhappy with this purchase. Got this for my very first apartment and it’s very nice and fits the living room well. I will say it’s not too comfortable though. Will definitely be upgrading to a better couch as soon as I have the money saved up but for a first couch I would recommend.

I was a little leery about purchasing this sofa, but I wanted to at least try due to my previous sofa being way too big after moving into this smaller home. I’m very pleased with my decision. It’s the perfect fit in the small. It’s pretty comfortable too. My only two complaints would be the back of the couch how it splits which is kind of an easy fix (1. Cover with a blanket so it’s not seen. or 2. Place it against the wall like I did.) so it really isn’t that bad. The other complaint is during installation you definitely need a couple pairs of hands. Without help, I feel it would have took me a while because of trying to hold the pieces in place to line up. Luckily everyone was in the room, excited that we finally had a couch again lol. (we had previously given our other couch away and ran into delivery issues with this couch. I had ordered it twice and requested refunds twice before receiving it. But Amazon’s customer was amazing in resolving the issues.) Luckily for me as soon I started having trouble living everything up, I had 4 pairs of hands and were put this together in about 3 to 4 mins if that long. This couch is cute, comfortable for me and I sit and game for several hours. My 6’7 husband with back pain sat on it end binge watched TV with me for about 12 hours and didn’t complain. I figured it’s because it’s sturdy with stiff cushions so you don’t sink in. Although his long body did look a little funny lol. Overall it’s a decent sofa for the money spent on it. ... show more

belongs in a doll house! I purchased because my old couch wouldn't fit through the doorway into my new apartment and I wanted a couch I knew would make it inside and wouldn't overpower my living room. Yes, this couch met those requirements but after 11 months I have decided to get a better couch (for a similar price no less). Definitely not worth the money. The back is low and the seats aren't wide enough to curl up on this at all. Impossible to sleep on as well. I'm not even going to bother trying to sell this because it's not worth even $20. It's going into the dumpster. I guess one pro was it was quite easy to put together. but that's it! ... show more

We love these couches. They look good. They are comfortable with great fabric that looks like it’ll last. They were easy to assemble. We are very pleased we got two of them to accommodate our large family and other visitors.

I believe this sofa is great. I didn't take too long to piece together.The only reasons it doesn't get a five star rating is because one of the packages (it arrives in two shipments at the same time BTW) was cracked open in several corners. I don't know if that was due to poor shipping or poor packaging. The item itself was not damaged though. Lastly, as you can tell from the image, the top cushions don't seem to be pop out as much as the seating cushions do. While sitting against those top cushions, I do feel a comforted press against my back. But, even after ironing the top cushions they still look wrinkled and slightly flat. Maybe just add a decorative blanket IMO. Other than that, I have no complaints. The sofa is durable but light enough for 1-2 people to move and piece together. No odd smell upon opening, thankfully. I'd recommend it for anyone with a small apartment or with an extra room looking to fill it with a sofa like this. ... show more
