Came in on 2 separate days, no big deal. Super easy to assemble, 2 screws and 6 legs. Pillows fluffed out to approximately the size listed. Back pillows might be slightly thinner. Wife and kids have had no complaints. If you think you are getting a really fluffy, long lasting couch...well you aren't, its $300. But I will say, it compares to many $500-650 in store prices. If you just moved to a new place and have been sitting on the floor to watch tv because you can’t afford a good couch, sure this is an option. Yeah it’s one of the cheaper couches out there so I wasn’t expecting much from the start, but for costing over $300 I wasn’t expecting it to be so uncomfortable and unpleasant. The armrests are hard and super uncomfortable. the pillows aren’t very cushy so it’s not nice for your back. The seats are small, you can sit, but forget trying to lay down unless you’re the size of a kid. Overall very cheaply made just by looking at it, wouldn’t be surprised if something breaks in the next few months. Assembly instructions were made by monkeys, no parts were labeled. You’re supposed to just look at the pictures and try to figure out which piece is which. In my opinion, This couch should’ve costed no more than $200. But they add a footstool to a very badly made couch and suddenly you’re paying almost $400. Should’ve saved a couple extra hundred $$ to get one that’s worth the money, but for now it’ll keep us from watching tv on the floor… 2 stars because i’m feeling nice today UPDATE ONLY 2 MONTHS LATER: One of the armrests broke already after resting my elbow on it a little too hard I guess, couch is still very uncomfortable, the seat cushions don’t fill the entire couch so there is a 2-3 inch gap in between the seat cushions and the edge of the couch which only allows everything to shift around even more. I keep getting scratched by the velcro due to the cushions not staying where they should. Velcro doesn’t really do it’s job of keeping cushions and pillows from moving around so I’m constantly having to fix them. Extremely extremely unhappy with this purchase. Got this for my very first apartment and it’s very nice and fits the living room well. I will say it’s not too comfortable though. Will definitely be upgrading to a better couch as soon as I have the money saved up but for a first couch I would recommend.

I was a little leery about purchasing this sofa, but I wanted to at least try due to my previous sofa being way too big after moving into this smaller home. I’m very pleased with my decision. It’s the perfect fit in the small. It’s pretty comfortable too. My only two complaints would be the back of the couch how it splits which is kind of an easy fix (1. Cover with a blanket so it’s not seen. or 2. Place it against the wall like I did.) so it really isn’t that bad. The other complaint is during installation you definitely need a couple pairs of hands. Without help, I feel it would have took me a while because of trying to hold the pieces in place to line up. Luckily everyone was in the room, excited that we finally had a couch again lol. (we had previously given our other couch away and ran into delivery issues with this couch. I had ordered it twice and requested refunds twice before receiving it. But Amazon’s customer was amazing in resolving the issues.) Luckily for me as soon I started having trouble living everything up, I had 4 pairs of hands and were put this together in about 3 to 4 mins if that long. This couch is cute, comfortable for me and I sit and game for several hours. My 6’7 husband with back pain sat on it end binge watched TV with me for about 12 hours and didn’t complain. I figured it’s because it’s sturdy with stiff cushions so you don’t sink in. Although his long body did look a little funny lol. Overall it’s a decent sofa for the money spent on it. ... show more

    • Easy to install, highly uncomfortable!

So I’ve had the couch a few weeks and wanted to really give it time to see if it could be better. It’s a really affordable couch, easy to install, the color is amazing and very accurate to the picture. It arrived in two boxes and the instructions were very clear to getting everything together. The sectional piece is a little shorter compared to others I viewed but not a deal breaker. However, the seat cushions are EXTREMELY firm ( if you like that great), not a comfortable seat at all really and not very inviting to guests, the back cushions are useless, they provide NO support whatsoever and you are sitting with your back against the edge of the back of the couch. Very uncomfortable all around. Great price, terrible quality. I’m not sure if mine is a defect or something because many of the reviews said they loved the couch but I just can’t see how this is okay. I tested a sectional at a furniture store that was about 3-400 more and that is honestly worth the price to get a comfortable and useable couch. ... show more

We love these couches. They look good. They are comfortable with great fabric that looks like it’ll last. They were easy to assemble. We are very pleased we got two of them to accommodate our large family and other visitors.

Purchased for my daughter's first apartment. This took about 45 minutes to assemble but we have been moving all day so probably could have been done quicker. Great color and perfect size for a small living room. It did take a day for the cushions to pop back up after being compressed in boxes so don't judge it right away. Cushions are firm and sturdy. Not necessarily a good couch for sleeping on but that's not why we bought it so that's okay. Great first piece for the value. Hopeful that it will stand up to the pets. ... show more
