You can't beat this for the price and for that reason i even considered a 5 star review. This bed is providing a bed for 3 kids for under $200- you can't top that! And it's made of sturdy metal, everything was labeled and it shipped quickly. There was only one issue- the holes for screws did not line up correctly on the 4 corner poles. It was very, very difficult to force them to work, and I ended up having to leave one screw out that shouldn't cause problems unless we need to lift the bed for some reason, so in the end the bed was able to be completed but it was the most frustrating 2 hours trying to figure out how to force it to work. This bed has a lot of pieces and parts and will take time to assemble but I did do it with just myself and some little kids to help, so aside from the screw hole issue and the time it takes to build, it couldn't have been that bad- I never had to call in my husband to help or anything. If they could fix the screw hole lining up issue this would be a 5 star buy. ... show more

Took the whole day to build alone. But it was worth it because my 10 year old loves it. Box came in good shape, parts were not damaged. Overall I recommend the bed because there's open space below and utilized space more efficiently in small rooms. Cons: - while I won't take away a star, I was extremely irate that they forgot to machine the holes for the wooden panels, I made the holes fast but by the time I got to them I was already irritated from these directions which start off logical but then become very confusing. The bed I received has multiple pieces made incorrectly, so we are unable to put it together. The instructions tell you to use the ladders in the opposite sides that they actually should go, to connect to other pieces. We also had to take apart multiple pieces and put them back together because there are holes only on certain sides, and you won't know if it's wrong until you've nearly put the whole thing together. I have contacted the seller for replacement pieces, because the other reviews have been generally positive. As it is I am very disappointed that multiple pieces arrived incorrectly made. Order at your own risk, because if you're anything like me you don't have a car big enough to return the item. ... show more

The bed was really easy to put together, I did it by myself (and I’m a chick) bit just needed help with the slats for the mattress, but everything else was super easy and directions are easy to follow. The bed is sturdy but def does need to be attached to the wall for stability. Only thing is the ladder steps are hard so I am going to get a swim noodle and cut it so I can cover each stair for more comfort! Got this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. It took about 3 hours to get it put together though. Make sure to read directions and look at pictures careful or you’ll put something backwards like I did .🤦🏾♀️ohh and it’s A lot of screws !!!!! Well worth it! Good quality
