My wife always wanted to have grass, however she did not wanted to deal with labor to maintain it. This grass made easy for her to enhance the area, the best part was how easy was to install. Basically roll it out and tack it, cut to size was easy (scissors and utility knife). Material is well put together, from a distance looks so real and does not have the fake feel when you step on it. Cons: Packaging: made it hard to roll out, had to "unfold it" as it comes folded in box, then rolled it out . Had to leave it out for few hours to get the folding creases out, and did not had any driving pegs or stakes. Over all is was worth every Penney, definitely recommend to buy. ... show more

I won't know the durability for a year or hopefully two. The first couple we purchased (not this brand) Only lasted one year. The last one lasted three but is not on the site any longer so I am trying this one. It looks like it might last. We have months over 100 degrees plus the sprinklers hit it several time in a 24 hour period so it will get some weather abuse. But it looks nice right now. ... show more

I got these for my balconies. I did have to roll them out and put some weight to flatten them a little bit, and they have a slight smell to them. They are easy to cut (I used a razor blade) and look really good (don’t look cheap at all!!!)
