It took my husband a few hours to build this. He's both left-handed and dyslexic, so the instructions were challenging. There were many parts to this set! But everything was packaged well and labeled properly. He used his drill to install most of the screws, which sped up the assembly process. The cushions are so-so, and I suspect I'll either recover them or replace them in the near future. I don't know why there are black threads inside, but they show through the thin white covers, and my eyes seem to land on every one of them! As you can see in the photo, it looks great. ... show more

This set actually matches very well with a previous set we have. The side light in the picture makes the chair look older but it isn't. It is definitely a shiny new set. The set requires assembly and the pieces are very well marked. As you can see from the second picture even the screws and such are well identified - and you get extras of each item so you don't have to worry about losing some. You do need to make sure you get all of the pieces separated before you start. I had to go hunting for one of the table sides which had been shipped inside one of the chair sides. But it was there. Also the instructions show the leg attachments having only one hole but there are 3 of which two are matched with pegs on the feet to make sure they don't rotate. One thing that would have been nice is if caps to hide the brass screws had been provided. As you can see from the first picture they stand out and these are the only ones that are seen. ... show more

I disliked the fact that the merchandise was not assembled as advertised. This is misleading. the pieces came with tools and directions which I liked however, I only purchased this piece because it was advertised as no assembly needed. This was misinformation on the sellers behalf.

Other than this product being very easy to scratch it was fairly easy to build. I am happy with how clear the directions are. Very sturdy furniture, which I appreciate too. Also, very easy to move around, and super easy to clean!! So overall I’d definitely recommend just be careful not to scratch it up! ... show more

This set looks nice and feels comfortable. It is straightforward to assemble but does take about half an hour to forty-five minutes because of the many parts. Also, I recommend having an assistant to steady the parts while connecting them. The hardware is of good quality and I had no problems installing any of the bolts. My only issue with it is that the table seems bowed out at the corners because of the way the bolts pull the parts together. The flanges are not at the edges of the tubes to allow tightening without bending the parts. None of the bolts was tightened too much to prevent bowing in the parts but the table bowed in regardless. When assembling, make sure you keep all the screws loose until you put all the parts together and then start tightening strategically or the parts will not fit well together. ... show more

I put this in place of an aging and disintegrating glider swing. It's a cute little bistro set away from my main patio. Assembly was simple and setup is quite easy. It looks good in my yard and gives us a quieter place to sit when the kids are all going nuts in the pool that's by the patio.
