    • Highly recommended.
Color: Black
I really like them; they are very comfortable. They are great if you have small children, since the material is foam and they won't get hurt.

    • Sent two different colors…..
Color: Dark Gray
Review Image by Chassy
I ordered a dark grey set but received the wrong color for one of the pieces(one black, one dark grey). I was told I was unable to return the wrong item and get a replacement of correct color due to a “system error” on my shipping address, then could not get a replacement due to the inventory from the Manufacturer. Amazon associate (customer service) offered a refund, then they (Amazon) declined the refund because I was “violating return policy” although this was shipper error. So I am now stuck with a mismatched set that I have to pay full price for. My card was also charged the half down payment in addition to the full price of product. Very disappointed in service. Product is fine so far despite the fact I was sent two different colors. ... show more

    • Fluff the pillows. Put in the effort.
Color: Black
The couch is very comfortable to lie on, though it’s a bit firm. The back is quite low, so if you prefer to lean back it may not be ideal for you. I waited the full three days for it to inflate, but it was essentially fully expanded after about 24 hours. The pillows that come with it aren’t foam like the rest of the couch. I unzipped them, removed the inner inserts, and spent the next hour kneading, fluffing, and pulling the fibers apart (the same kind of fill you’d find in a stuffed animal or regular pillow). At 45, my hands ached afterward, but the pillows are now big and fluffy. It took a lot of work, but it was worth it. These won’t fluff up on their own—unless you put in the effort, you’ll end up with flat pillows. ... show more

    • Good value
Color: Dark Gray
Super soft! Wide seating it's a little low on the back but not uncomfortable with extra pillows. Nice for naps! Pumped up nice, we are having the main living area redone, so we needed something temporary. In another space, when I will be buying a larger version for the main living area!

    • Great for how much it costs, but if you have kids and pets... maybe not.
Color: Dark Gray
I bought this in July, its now October.... Let's just get into it... Pros: Its large, with deep seating. Very soft, nice color. Firm, and cosy at the same time. Very easy to move around and not too heavy. The color is good, matched how it was shown before buying. Came quick and on time, actually it came before expected. Comfortable to lay down on, or even nap. It fits our family of 5 and two 60lbs dogs just fine. Cons: Not easy to wash or clean, when you take off the cover to wash it... you'll find these plastic strips that are stabbed through the foam and plastic plugs that keep them locked in place... good luck getting them back in there once you pull them out to wash them. The fabric shrinks no matter how you wash or dry them, cold doesn't prevent the shrinking. Putting them back on is a pain until you get the hang of it. The back without the pillows is 10 inches high... if that. There is ZERO back support with or without the pillows. I have to have the back against a wall, and use the pillows between the wall and my back, sitting is terribly uncomfortable unless you build up around yourself with pillows. The fabric tore after a month... I am guessing this is not meant to be washed and that is why. It's incredibly low to the ground... In all honesty... this would be a great couch for teens in their room, college kids, a lounge movie room, or something similar. We bought this, not expecting it to last, as a gasp couch before we found the one we wanted. So for how much it cost,.. its not a bad purchase at all. But if your looking for something long term for a large family with pets, this is not the couch for you. I'm giving it four stars because its great deal for the price. But, if you have kids and pets... not the couch for you. This couch will not last much longer for us, but thats okay because we knew that before buying. My kids love this couch.. Us as parents are not a fan. ... show more

I’m Pleasantly surprised with this couch! I wasn’t expecting much with a 285 dollar sectional. But I needed something quick after the first couch I ordered never showed up. This couch said it would take 6 days to get here but it came in 2! It’s not going to be the same quality as something like RH of course. But it’s actually comfortable. It was super easy to put together, the fabric is easy to spot clean and it fits the whole family. I think it was worth the price. I also like that it comes apart into three pieces, so it’ll be easy to move. ... show more

    • Nothing like the picture
Color: Dark Gray
Review Image by Theresa Fichter
Looks nothing like it does in the picture. It shows like there's a top cushion but they are just blocks. Didn't inflate in certain areas. The pillows never grew, they stayed flat. I had to stuff them with poly-fill. Was going to return but I wasn't able to be there when they came. Tried to change the pick up day but was unable to. So they told me to leave it in a box on my porch. How do you get an inflated couch back into a box! It would have cost too much in fees that I would have had to pay. I don't recommend this couch unless it is for children. ... show more
