Everything about this was easy to set up and its cooling power. It was so needed. I was in a desperate need of an AC and I didn’t have high expectations, but this definitely came through and surprised me. It gets cold talk fast. It’s easy to set how cold you want it and times to turn off and on.

I purchased several of these while getting work done on our home, and for the most part, we've been pleased. The units offer easy controls, come with a remote, and look nice. It's as heavy as you'd expect for a unit of this capacity, and is fairly easily repositioned or rolled to other rooms. They aren't that loud compared to window units I've had previously, and are in line with good portable units I've gifted to others. They do a great job of cooling down a smaller space, and can operate in multiple modes, including cooling, fan, and 'drying' (quasi-dehumidifier). The only downsides are the high energy use (the $800 power bill was sobering) and while the unit does have a drain line, it's positioned low on the back of the unit and there's no pump, so you need to be mindful - either position it on something where it can drain out the same window as your exhuast, or face handling the humidity increase as it sneezes the condensation out. That said, it's nice that it can continue running even if the drain plug is left in. Do note that, inexplicably, the quite adjustable plastic air exhaust pieces don't accomodate the drain line. I ended up needing to put large pots or trashcans under the drain when in use and empty them every 12 hours. Still, they did exactly what we wanted and I recommend them.

I gave this ac a three, I expected more from this unit. I can turn this unit on close my bedroom door come back two hours later and the room would be ok. My other bedroom that's the same size has a window ac in it close the door come back two hrs later the room is freezing. This unit seems like its more of a fan than a ac. It does keep the room cool but cool as in a fan cool. I have blackout curtains so that's not a issue, the sun isn't directly towards my window. This is my second one buying. I bought one for my daughter living room and it bigger than my bdrm kept it cool. So I bought this one for my bdrm. I can say it is portable, the air that blows out is comfortable air. The picture i have enclosed shows the ac with the blackout curtains @ 8:30am and not turned on. But wht i do like is it let you know temperature that is in your room. My window is in between the two seats they give you. One is to short then when I put the extension on it it was to big. Had to get a piece of cardboard to off set it. But it was easy to assemble.

I bought this to add to my hurricane preparedness collection however 1 week after I bought it, my main AC broke, for 36 hrs. I placed this unit in our central main open space, plus the master bedroom and a guest room were left open, it was vented outside my sliding glass door, with two floor fans on low, knowing it was way too large of a space but having older rescue dogs, we did it anyway. We were able to maintain a comfy. temp of 78, I was amazed, dumfounded! It ended up running for almost 32 hrs, no problem. I was not expecting this to be such a good product and now that I can depend on it, I can worriless, it is nice to be able to trust as a solid back up option. I ran it for the whole 32 hrs, temp inside was maintained at a cool 78, with two fans to help circulation. It is not the quietest but not annoying. I woke up many times, during that first night to check the unit, thinking it was too good to be true, but it did not let me down. I keep it in my kitchen area, using the strong fan option on occasion, when I am cooking, baking or working on a project, and can flip it on AC if If I choose to. If you are looking for great interior AC for a good price, you can depend on this is it. I finally found a working AC portable unit! It was a search that proved not to trust online reviews and searches such as "the best portable AC ". I've tried the best unit for 2024 - dual hose Wynther unit and was very dissapointed by the performance - even it is listed as 12000btu unit it had the power of a 5000btu. I then tried a Tenoxo 12000btu unit and was impressed by the cold air, nice design and very quiet, but first unit only worked for 5 minutes, returned and replaced, so second unit survived 2 hours, returned and replaced, so 3rd unit lasted 20 minutes! I couldn't believe my bad luck! I then ordered this AC unit and what a relief - it works!!!! It cools! And I do not care that is slightly more noisy than the others! IT WORKS!!! And it cooled my big, 2 car garage from 92 to 86F in about 2 hours. The garage is open all the way to the roof and there is no insulation, but on the garage door! I am impressed by the performance of this AC. I had to switch down the fan as the cold air coming to me from 15ft.away was too cold for me! I hope it keeps on running for years to come!
