I bought this in July 2024, used it, at most, 3 times, and put it away because I went out of town for several weeks. When I came back, I used it one time, then it stopped. The entire electrical system seems to have shut down. Of course, there is no product support for this thing and it is out of the return window, despite having been used no more than 4 times. It’s going into the garbage. I feel completely ripped off.

Like the power it has . But it is very uncomfortable to lean back on. Can only use on the back in a sitting position . Cord drives me crazy constantly coming apart.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great little shiatsu massager from Chilltreat. I struggle with a lot of persistent soreness and pain in my back and neck, so a good massage is always a treat. This one stands out because of the shape and size of the massager which allows it to be easily used on different areas of the body. I have a back massager that works ok, but it is big and so it is hard to move it around to hit different areas of the back and neck. This one is narrow and also has an elastic strap on the back to hold it in place around a chair or car seat The massage works by using spinning nodes that apply and release pressure as they go around that mimic the feel of someone pressing and releasing. It helps to relieve the tension and loosen up sore muscles. It has a few different levels of intensity and can be used in either direction. I can turn this on and slowly move it along my back to get my whole back and then my neck In addition it has a heat option. It gets warm pretty quickly and it helps soothe the area in conjunction with the massage to create a nice overall experience It does have to be plugged in to work. It would be nice if it had a rechargeable battery, but the cord is pretty long and it also comes with a car adapter, so this will come in handy for long road trips. It is light and easy to maneuver. I think I found my new best friend

This is super convenient to use! It doesn't seem portable, but it does come with a car charger adapter allowing it to be used while connected to the car. The shiatsu is nice and strong and it kneads very nicely. I love how it can be easily moved from neck to lower back without any issue. My one complaint would be I can't feel the heat and the strap doesn't work for anything but a car seat headrest.
