It did feel good in my neck and legs, however when I attempted to use it on my back I keep having issues because it just flips over being the product it kinda heavy as I’m holding on to the straps. Still it’s a good product, I love the heating option!

Tried it for a few minutes out if the box and was impressed. The 2 longer knobs don't always reach so you have to position the massager just right. The 2 big knobs feel pretty nice though and do most of the work, I get massive aching in my back neck from bad posture so I wanted to try this. It's heavy as others said but I'm a big shoulder dude so I'm fine with it. The elderly may find it too clunky/heavy though. Not really for kids either it was weighing my daughter down. The pulsating feature is ok but is very delicate so I like the full spin mode on high. The click strap is great to hold it on. Looking forward to this after work when my neck is killing me.

I never expected the massager to be this good. The top 2 large massage heads give an awesome deep massage. It can be positioned on the neck or at the back and base of the scull and gives a deep, comforting treatment. I had a problem turning it on and thought it didn't work. You must hold the power button for 3-4 seconds. This massager paid for itself with one massage. Very pleased.

This messager Is very heavy and too strong for me, I am afraid is going to damage my neck, ( that is already compromised). I am trying to lift it a little so it doesn’t squeeze so hard, but I can not hold it up, not even for a couple of minutes. Very disappointed. It may be good for younger people.

The unit works great, I love that you can customize the pressure by holding down in the straps. The heating function works wonderfully as well. The only thing that I don’t like is that it advertises that you can use it in different positions- however it really only works for the top of your shoulders- due to the size and weight of it, if you try to position it elsewhere it doesn’t stay in one place and will flip itself. It’s definitely designed to only use on top of shoulders.
