I had shoulder pain for over two weeks. Got this neck and shoulder massager hoping it can help a little. I was surprised that it relieved my shoulder pain in two days. It is very easy to use by simply plug-in the charger. Also, it is not wireless, I was still able to use my phone while it is working. This massager is well worth the price compared to seeing the therapy.

Easy to use. Can be used in a car or on the couch, in a chair, etc. I do wish the massage head was about 2" wider so it wouldn't be so focused on the neck. I did notice I was very sore the day after using but that could be from a few different things. I like the design, the idea is great. The execution just needs a bit of tweaking. It is really cumbersome and the massage nubs are very long so you can't really sit back while you use it. I didn't think the heat worked very well at all, I didn't really notice it being on when in use.
