I've had this massager for about 2 months, so I am past the return window. At first, it was working ok and i liked that the arms were a little longer on this one than my previous one. But one problem I noticed is the mechanical part of the massager starts to turn around and twist inside the fabric. I'd have to try to manipulate it inside of the fabric to get it back to the correct position, so that the massager balls are on the fabric side, not the vinyl side. It's a little tricky and annoying to have to keep trying to twist it back to get it straightened out every time i used it. And after just a handful of uses, the seams on mine have come open. I don't know if they were faulty seams to begin with or they got pulled open by all the twisting of the fabric. At this point, it is unusable, because the loose fabric is getting caught up in the rotating heads. I really haven't used it all that much for it to be falling apart. I previously had a similar cheap massager like this from a different brand and it lasted me a couple years before it just stopped working... it never had the issue of twisting inside the fabric like this one does. I'm bummed because I liked the longer arm length on this one, but now it is unusable. I'm debating to try to cut the fabric off and use it that way, but I'm afraid the whole thing will fall apart. Bummer!

This neck massager is SO great!! It's like having real fingers massager your neck and upper back. You can turn the heat on or off and the heat is the perfect amount of warm. It's not hot but you can definitely feel it. You can make the massage go faster or slower. You can have the massage going one way or reverse it to go the other way. Has straps you can put your arms through to keep it in one place. It plugs in an outlet and the cord is on the longer side which is nice. It also comes with a cigarette lighter charger. Definitely worth the price, I ordered another one for my Dad we like it so much. It offers relief from neck and upper back, shoulder pain and stiffness. It's very well made and durable. The massager nodes have excellent range of motion and truly feel like an exceptional finger massage. Nice material and easy to wipe off and clean. Is a nice black color.

Highly recommended. Great quality for the price. Mine arrived today, and I’ve been using it since I opened the package. It has three speed settings, with or without heat, and it’s easy to use. It delivers deep, firm pressure—I love it. I carry a lot of tension in my neck, and my left shoulder has had a huge knot for over a year, causing on-and-off pain. This feels amazing on it. Since I work from home, it’s nice to use while sitting or standing at my desk. It’s extremely quiet with very low noise, so I can use it during phone calls with customers without any issue. I can definitely tell a difference in my tension levels from the start of the day—and for less than $50. It’s 100% worth it and offers phenomenal quality.
