I like this massager. At first I found myself thinking, "well, it's no replacement for human hands", but then I realized that the way you use it, you can't really get that kind of massage from a person in the first place. It's pretty nice to be able to lay back and get massaged from underneath. The motions are somewhat repetitive, a variety of scooping motions, but it can be quite nice as a general relaxation option, or if you've got tightness/pain you can target it. I also came to find that while it's clearly shaped to cradle the neck, it's pretty versatile in terms of getting a good back massage. The controls are easy to operate while using it, I can just reach up and press the button to change modes or toggle heat. USB-C charging port is readily accessible. A short USB-A to USB-C cable is included. You'll have to provide your own charging block. The zip-off bolster is a nice addition, I don't always use it but in some positions it makes a difference. The materials used seem like pretty good quality. Fairly firm density in the foam for good support, and a nice smooth surface material. There was a bit of "new foam" smell when first unboxing it, but it dissipates similar to a mattress topper or similar items.

This is a really nice neck massager. I love that it is rechargable and cordless, so I can use it pretty much anywhere once it's charged. I loved it on my neck especially. The heating tool doesn't seem to be overly warm, but I was here for the massage.

I love that this massager can be used for the neck as well as the back!! It has a really long battery life. I have already gotten several used out of one charge. You can either site up and use it or lie down and use it. It has several modes and is an all around great massager. It really helps get the kinks out of my neck and shoulders which I frequently need help with!

I am so glad I finally decided to try one of these neck massagers. What really impressed me was how it actually feels like hands kneading your muscles. It gets right into those tight spots in my neck and shoulders, especially after a long day at the computer. The heat function is amaazing! It has this deep, soothing heat that just feels soooo good. I like being able to use it on more than my neck (huge plus!). It's cordless, which is super convenient – I've used it in the living room, in bed, even in the car (passenger seat, of course!). The different massage modes are great too. I like starting out with a gentle kneading setting, then working my way to the more intense settings. I can definitely see myself gifting this to my family for the holidays.

Great design. Supports your neck while massaging your lower back. Functions well in a desk chair couch or bed. Great quality and turns on and off easily and has the ability to rotate both ways. It is easy to transport and take with you when Traveling. Definitely loosens muscle tension.
