I loved this back massager. Nice and strong. The product broke/quit in 3 or 4 weeks. I started to get refund but i liked this machine. So i decided To exchange got a second one and it worked for about twice the time the 1st one lasted. I recommend to stay clear don't waste your money unless you just need it to work for a few nights or something. I wish they built the controller and functionality better like wire location.

It’s a little rough. Can’t seem to find a comfortable way to do the lower part of my back, but I got it for my boyfriend’s birthday. We’ll have to see what he thinks of it. I didn’t notice it heating up even though the feature was on. I do wish it was a little bigger. It’s a neat little thing, just wish it was a little bigger.

OMG! THIS IS SO AMAZING! My fiance and I have been complaining about how our backs hurting a lot lately! So you can only imagine what happened when this massager arrived to our home. Lol we had a little race to the door to get it 1st. I ended up winning but I still let him use it 1st o ly for him to rub it in how AWESOME it worked. There is nothing cheap about the massager but the price. It works so good. You can take it in the car it has heat you can use it on just the upper or lower back and you can use it on both. I only wish it had a strap on the back so I can raise it when I'm sitting in the chair. That's the only thing that I can say I wish it had.

This massager is aggressive. For me it was a bit too aggressive. I can see where it would work well for someone that likes deep tissue massages. It’s easy to use, has a heat option and functions well. It could make for good gift value but I would just be sure the person likes deep tissue massages.
