The cover attaches quick and easy in less than 15 minutes. Made from polyethylene, the durable ripstop cover is 100% waterproof and treated to withstand the outdoor elements. The seams on the cover are heat-welded, providing a stronger bond that stops water from entering, unlike traditional stitched seams. The cover also provides 50+ UPF sun protection and treated to block 98% of UV rays. Treated with anti-fade blockers, the SuperMax AP outdoor canopy tent is perfect for refurbishing worn out or damaged canopy covers. Installation is quick and easy. This is another replacement for my frame. The old cover fit perfectly, as did the one previous to that, and they each lasted 3 seasons here on the west coast, This time they seem to have either shortened the width on purpose or missed the width measurement entirely. While the length is fine, the thing barely reaches over the bars on each side & during all the rain we've had, the sides flap up & create little pools of water that need to be pushed up to drain. The replacement canopies have fit pretty well. Unfortunately, I've already been through four canopies in just 5 years. They usually wear out and become brittle as they age and rub on the metal tubing. Wind doesn't help and they have torn fairly easily, especially as they get past the 6-month mark. The canopies never seem to drain well, and accumulate water near the edges after a good rain, further straining an already mediocre product. Still, they basically do the job. ... show more

    • Cover doesn't Last in bright sun and higher altitudes.

This is the 5th canopy cover I've replaced in the 7 years since I put up the canopy. ShelterLogic rates this cover at 10 years, but at 5000 feet and almost 300 days of sunshine a year, the fabric starts getting sun rot within 6 months, and rips in the spring winds after only a year. After replacing a cover a year for 3 years, when the third cover began to leak, I bought a 4th cover and put it under the cover that started leaking. Those two covers together lasted 4 years before the wind ripped the sun rotted outer cover off about ra month ago. Now I have two layers again and hoping I can get another 4 years out of this pair. ... show more

We put up the original shelter about 10 years ago. This is our 4th canopy. The canopy in in bright sunlight for all of the summer and lasts 2-3 years. It mounts easily and takes 3 people about 1/2 hour. It protects the patio from the direct sun and/or rain. This was a good and affordable purchase, and the replacement canopies are readily available ... show more

This cover is ok for what you get. This is my 3rd cover from new 12 years ago. They last about 3 to 3 1/2 years with the weather and the sun here in Florida. The climate here is tough on everything, but for what it goes through it does a great job. Will buy again.

I use this at our Preschool in Sacramento to cover the Play-structure during the Summer heat. I put it up in early April and take it down, usually beginning of October. So, it stays up a good 6 months out of the year exposed to all wind and direct sunlight. I always get 2-3 years worth of shade before having to replace it with a new one. The sun is brutal and breaks down the material, which usually tears when putting it up after 2 years worth of use. I bought a new 18x20 and 12x20 in June of 2013 and I'm replacing the larger one this year. However the 12x20 is in good shape and I'm hoping to get 2 more years out of it. I'll add some pictures of the two shade structures that were put up at the same time when new and you will see that if you don't get to the tears quickly with tape the material just goes to hell. I'll keep using this until I find a better longer lasting solution that doesn't break the bank. I would recommend this product. ... show more

Size: 12' x 26'
Dose not fit my ShelterLogic 12 x 26 Canopy, with 1-3/8' Frame tubes. length of 26' fits, but comes up short about 15" on the sides. Ended up using long zip ties on the sides. Must work with the other size of frame tubes.
