Im torn. Don't know exactly how to rate this. Just the product or packaging and the product. Product is great quality as far as well built. But the packaging sucks. The product showed in 3 boxes. 2 of the boxes were slightly torn/punctured. At first I didnt think much of it, what could really be wrong with it, its just a canopy. I first mistake of thinking that. Well, the boxes are very heavy (50-80 each probably, even the box with the cover) and there is little to no packaging insulation to keep the metal powered coated frame pieces from banging on each other scratching/chipping. So I can see how easily 1 of these boxes can get dropped during shipment and damage internals due to its weight. Again, i really didnt mind too much of the cosmetic damage but still... after 3-4ish hours of assembly, multiple fittings had to be hammered into place due to manufacturing errors and or thickness of the coatings, missing 2 rubber mounts (part #800260), and that little puncture in the box, well that traveled through into the main cover 3 times, in the exact same spot as it was folded. It hole isn't big but big enough to see and possibly leak. I will be contacting them about missing parts and damaged cover. I needed the canopy for a special family event so I did not have time to send it back or wait. Pros: quality itself is really good.
