The small piece of plastic covering the push top opener did nothing to keep rhe bottle closed and product spilled out all over the other items in my order. I don't understand the hype surrounding this shampoo. At around $10, it's clearly overpriced and should really only cost around $5 or $6. You have to use a sizeable amount just to get any lather going. After washing, my hair had no added thickness whatsoever. While it does smell decent, that’s the only positive aspect.
