  • Great price on a great product.
Size: 11' x 11'
This is a great quality awning that gets many compliments. The adjustable wall is great to expand your seating area or close to have privacy or wind block. Sturdy construction, easy installation.

  • The worst purchase ever!!!
Size: 11' x 11'
Where shall I begin??? There are too many issues to list, but I’ll try. They say this isn’t a permanent fixture, yet you cannot just take it apart and take it down every time there is a rain storm. It has bolts in the assembly and there is no way to lower it or take it down. It took a whole day to assemble, so there is absolutely no way you can take it down repeatedly. This does, in fact, make it a permanent fixture. Sure you can take the top fabric off when it rains but that alone is a pain in the a$$. Putting stakes in the legs doesn’t hold it down, as we found out the second day it was up, when it began to fly away during a small, pop-up afternoon thunderstorm. Somehow my husband and I managed to ninja ourselves into the air and catch it only to be left physically holding the whole thing down for half an hour until the storm passed. If you lower the side awning during a storm the wind will catch it and it will fly away, but you can’t leave the awning up because the rain water lays on the fabric and is too heavy for the cheaply made awning to withstand the weight of the water. Also the only way to take the fabric off the awning is complicated and difficult because, again, it truly was not made to take apart once it is assembled. The poles that run horizontally through the pop up awning bent and broke within the first two days of having it assembled and secured down. Rain water puddles in the fabric of the main structure also causing it to sag and has now stretched out so much that it easily comes off with the slightest winds. After replacing all of the washers that came with it because they were too small and completely busted through the holes when it flew up in the air the first time, we screwed the legs down into the concrete only to be left with a metal structure and a canopy that isn’t worth a damn. Do not waste your money! ... show more

  • Great for the price
Size: 11' x 11'
Make sure you take the time to secure the frame to the ground. You can use weights, or straps with ground stakes, etc. The wind WILL take this thing apart if you don't make sure to secure it down properly.

  • Not bad for the price.
Not a bad gazebo for the price. Strong, steel supports. More durable than the pop-up canopies. With that said, there are issues to be prepared for. Using tent stakes is not acceptable if planning to keep up (which you should since nuts/bolts hold everything together). I anchored mine with the corkscrew anchors Shelter Logic sells. Gazebo hasn’t moved in two years. Assembly time is 2-hours max, with 2 people). The canopy will deteriorate over time. Sun, wind and rain will weaken the fabric. Year one, the fabric held up but you can tell it’s weaker by the end of the season (I keep it up Memorial Day thru October). Year two, the fabric was shredded by the end of the season. I purchased a replacement cover for $80 + shipping thru Shelter Logic. (Beware, sometimes they are out of stock). The steel frame coating did get faded over two seasons. I decided to paint it (Rustoleum), which should last a few years. (See pictures). I hang lights with Command Strips made for outdoor lights. DON’T hang using anything that will touch the fabric. It will act like sandpaper and wear out the fabric, unless it’s absolutely smooth. (I used Velcro straps 1st year and found out the hard way). Bottom line: A nice canopy for the price. A lot more sturdier than the pop ups. Best to leave frame up year round, properly anchored. Be prepared to buy a new canopy cover every other year (or yearly if a 60+ mph wind storm came thru and you don’t take cover off). If you don’t want to deal with this, buy one of those gazebos with a steel roof for $1,500 or a $100 pop-up canopy. Tip: Spray the nuts and bolts with WD-40 to help prevent rusting. Reapply yearly. Has a hook at the inside top center, to hang something. Update 05-2022. Starting 4th season with gazebo. Only thing is you have to buy a new top every summer. ... show more

  • Junk, weak bending bars and not rain safe
Size: 11' x 11'
Update. They are sending me a replacement. I will update again if the new one lasts longer than this one did. We put this up 2 days ago. We could tell the sidewall space extender was cheap because the 2 metal poles that make the "wall" for it were bent at both connectors. But putting the slide poles in and adding the cover are the last 2 steps done. We had spent 4 hours putting up the main frame, so we did our best to straighten the poles. We got it together ok and it was fine all day yesterday. Then today we had a slight amount of rain. I go outside to find water pooled onto the side wall tarp and the middle poles bent to a pointed shape where they connect together. Basically what we thought we fixed only 100xs worse. I didn't think to get a picture before I lowered it. But you can see the damage on an inside pic and an outside pic. Also, I just realized they bent so much they no longer are the correct length to connect on both sides of the wall frame. Extremely disappointed in this purchase. My 30 day return window closed on 3/22. Go figure. I'd be happy if they would send replacement bars or a refund. It's too small for my patio with the extended not in use. ... show more

  • Cheap, falls apart, waste of money.
Size: 11' x 11'
Save your money. It doesn’t last 6 months. Purchased in July, needed a new one by January. Canopy ripped in several places. Hinged rusted off for the expendable cover. Held water on the top in big pools and sagged, and was never very sturdy due to cheap parts. Assembly is also a pain. A lot of the screws and hardware didn’t line up properly…overall cheap materials, not made to last, and customer service says after 30 days you’re on your own if you ask for a replacement parts or cover. ... show more
