SheaMoisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Leave In Conditioner for hair is a reparative deep conditioner that softens and detangles hair while controlling frizz. Perfect for those who regularly color, straighten, perm or heat style their hair, as well as kinky, curly or wavy natural styles. This conditioner, formulated with Jamaican Black Castor Oil and fair trade Shea Butter, helps to nourish, moisturize and support elasticity to resist breakage when detangling. Conditioners provide a protective layer that improves the appearance of dry split ends. Peppermint stimulates the scalp for an invigorating experience. Apply to clean, towel dried hair. Work a generous amount of product into hair from root to ends. Gently comb through for even distribution. Do not rinse. Apply additional product as needed depending on hair length and condition. This leave in conditioner and cruelty-free conditioner is formulated with no silicones, no sulfates, no parabens, no phthalates, no mineral oil or petrolatum. They conditioner does it's job well although as someone with low porosity type 4c hair I find it puts on rather thick. That said it's very moisturizing when used in smaller amounts and has become a normal part of my hair routine. It's kind of expensive but it comes in a big enough container that has lasted me about a month or so with a good ways to go. This leave-in conditioner is fantastic! It works wonders for detangling my hair and making it incredibly soft. The product is quite thick, so you only need a small amount. I have straight, medium-thick hair, and I love how it feels after using this. Plus, it smells amazing!

Smells really good. Honestly not sure how much it does for my hair, but I like it. For reference, my hair is very thick and is pretty dry/doesn’t grease much, so I can’t speak to how it would work for people with greasier hair

I’ve been using this for a good few months now, and I can say it really does work!! My hair feels soft and stays feeling like that throughout the day.
