As a nurse, I love these pens. Other nurses love these pens. Doctors would probably like these pens but honestly doctors like to steal pens so for it to be a worthwhile pen for them they need to feel like they are swiping the pen.

The bad - They dont take abuse well, I have gone through a few that I forgot to retract and the tips go bad quickly if you are throwing them into a bag. The good - They look great, they feel great in your hand, they write amazingly and dry quickly so no or at least minimal smudging.

Never thought I would be leaving a review for a freakin' pen but I've tried a lot and these are perfect. They're even good on rougher surfaces like sketch paper while other brands would dry out quick. It's a few steps above the Sakura Micron.
