This is the first hair dryer that doesn't damage my fine, thin hair. There are multiple heat settings and I use it on the lowest heat setting, it dries so quickly, it's lightweight and easy to hold. Not nearly as noisy as my other hair dryers and it's so sleek that I hang it on my bathroom wall!

I received this today and used it. It is powerful and dried my hair quickly! I have very thick hair!! It doesn’t get super hot which I like, to protect my hair. I think in the long run it will be healthier. BUT… I think that’s where the power comes in, to dry it quickly without using too much heat. I do agree the plug is huge almost awkward but that wouldn’t make me return it. So far, after one use, I’m pleased! Oh and it’s lightweight which is good for my neck/shoulder issues!

Bought this for my mom for Christmas last year and she absolutely loves it. She used to use a drybar hair dryer but it was much too heavy for her after she got arthritis in her hands. This is perfect and she loves it!

Shark Dryer.... Choose Function or design?

I am really conflicted on this product. After using several times, I find it to be overall a good dryer. Relatively quiet motor, great air flow. My fine and fragile hair appreciates that there are three settings for speed and heat. The Attachment fits on securely. However, the placement of the controls is poor. Very easy to hit a button during use and change the settings. While annoying, I decided to keep the dryer because it is gentle on my hair.
