We bought our first version of this (the HP01) with my first daughter because we live in a 1950s house with the original single pane glass windows - custom sized so we have not been able to replace them yet due to cost. These fans make it possible to keep the nursery so much warmer on winter nights. We bought this fan for our second daughter’s room knowing we could trust it and chose to get this slightly upgraded version so we could control it from our phones since it connects to wifi. It also comes with a remote which is nice. We opted for this over other heaters/fans because it also serves as an air purifier so it combines multiple devices into one sleek device. Contrary to other reviews, and the product description, the HP07 does not work with Alexa or Google Home. They can ONLY turn the fan on or off. They cannot turn on the heater or control the heater temperature. Not even the Android app can adjust the heater functions. I was looking for a smart heater that could heat the room before I got up in the morning, and this will not do that. You can only control heat functions with the remote control. As a heater it worked great, but its remote control options are pretty much non-existant. ... show more

I previously had the base model (without the air filter) and was bummed when it finally went kaput. When I went to replace it, this model with the air filter was actually on sale, so I ordered it and am thrilled with its performance.

The item was broken after I get it. I try to reach customer service. It is too difficult to reach them If you reach no body wants to help. They do not want to fix the device. They want to tele help for fixing ownself. I am not technician. If I buy a product I want it works regularly. I try to return it. I ship it back. They got the device but they do not refund the money for 15 days. Dyson makes good devices but they have terrific technical services and call center. I have 3 air purifies in my house but I think that is all. ... show more

This fan does it all … heat, cool, air purifier and the sleep noise is perfect. It is very pricey however but I’m not sure how others would compare. Still a great product
