The media could not be loaded. I bought this air purifier about 2 and a half months ago and it’s been great and doing the job well. I have a mid sized bedroom and definitely can feel a huge improvement of air quality compared to before with all the dust when I moved in and from the dogs i have. normally had to blow my nose like every other morning but now my nose barely gets congested and stuffy at night. not a loud fan either. perfect size to fit on the side of my desk without being too bulky or in the way It wasn’t until one day i noticed the a small area on top of the vent where i put the essential oils in started to melt into the plastic. i contacted customer service and within less than 24 hours Katerina was quick to respond! she was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. she informed me that, that may happen due to too much oil being put into the pan or the ingredients in some oils may cause a chemical reaction with the plastic that may cause that. she instantly apologized for that and sent me a new one right away. i got it within a day or two and super happy about it and i was lucky on getting the new version! the customer service is top notch, quick and they definitely care about the customers! that’s what would make me go back to this company! definitely worth the price especially compared to super expensive ones. this works perfectly for small to mid size bedrooms. they designed a new model MK01 A that they came out with has newer features as well. the essential oil pan pulled out on the side instead of on top, quieter, larger oil pan, 50% better purification, child lock button, quieter touch buttons, auto sleep mode and a low voltage adapter for enhanced safety. old vs. new picture and video provided

So far it seems to work great, quiet and has good air flow. Its small but a little bigger than I expected. The replacement filters are a bit pricey but not too bad.

I bought this thinking that it might not work well in my 2000 square foot home but boy was I wrong..... This contraption is of the of the utmost quality......there are 3 fan speeds and I set mine on high 24/7.. the reason why I bought it was because I smoke cigarettes and didn't want my home smelling like an ashtray and this air purifier sure did the trick and more....... when I am cooking and the house gets filled with smoke,,,, I tell you that this removes all of the smoke from cooking in a matter of a half hour or less...... This takes away all of the smell and I keep it in between the living room and the kitchen..... But I don't use it for sleep but if you wanted to,,,,,, this air purifier doesn't make any noise,,,,, it's silent basically,,,,, and it has lights on the side of it,,,, blue lights which makes it look cool,,,,, if you know what I mean,,,,, I've had it for about 1 and a half months now and the air filter is still going strong.... But I am going to replace the filter in 2 weeks...... I would have to say,,, I would suggest a filter replacement every 2 months........ They say that bigger is better,,,, well this little machine which is not that little in fact,,,, it looks small in the pictures but when I received it I was surprised by how large it really was..... BUT DO NOT PUT IT ON THE FLOOR..... PUT IT ON A STAND AND KEEP IT 3 FEET AWAY FROM EVERYTHING SURROUNDING IT AND YOU WILL GET EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS FROM IT....,,,,,

This has done well removing odors from our kitchen after we fry. That's been the main use. I don't like hearing it run, but we get used to it or unplug it. I'd say med quality because of sound and it take a while to remove odors. I don't think it has improved allergies or dust in the air. We got a robot vac around the same time that does awesome for dust removal. We have moved it to several places and it's a good size for the shelf or under the counter. Looks nice and works. Easy portableness.
