First of all, when these arrived, I thought there is no way a whole chair and its parts would fit in that box! The packaging was so well done. I will say that it did take some putting together. We purchased 4 so it took a few hours. The instructions are pretty easy though. These chairs far exceeded my expectations. They are beautiful. These have turned out to be great chairs. I bought two for the master bedroom sitting area, thinking I would not use them much! Given the price, I wanted to be prepared to use them lightly! But who would have guessed how comfortable they would be, very smooth swivel — I have sat in many chairs that you can feel the ball bearing as you are turning, but not these chairs. Firm seat - some may say hard - I didn’t find it too hard - it will last longer imo! The only negative that I didn’t think about - and it’s on me - is I did the “non-wood” bottom A-beige (where the fabric comes to the ground), and since this is more of a slipcover, it does “split” on the corners so I have to adjust that part. If you don’t want that definitely get the one with the wood around the bottom. (See first pic). We are very happy with the chairs and use them much more than we thought and find them comfortable! They are packaged well but you will need a steamer or iron in order to get the wrinkles out. Definitely recommend. ... show more

Wishing there were 6 stars. Very pleased with purchase. Matches other furniture exactly. EZ to assemble. Came in two HUGE HEAVY boxes but that’s fine. And the price was perfect. Nice wooden trim around the base. Oops, the cup holder I ordered DIDNT fit. But that’s fine. . Thank you
