The espresso maker works as expected. It makes a quick cup of strong coffee. The most time-consuming part is putting the grounds in the little metal filter cup. After that, you just assemble the arm, put the cup under the spout, and press one button to make coffee. It takes just over 20 seconds to make the coffee, so it is very quick. The coffee is very strong. It is much stronger than drip coffee. You can add steamed milk. There is a steam spout. You can put a cup of milk under the steam spout and turn the dial to froth up the milk. The coffee maker has a small footprint so it will fit easily on the kitchen counter. It is only a little bigger than a standard drip coffee maker. If you have a taste for espresso, you can save time and money by making it at home. For specialty drinks you can add other ingredients like syrup. There is a helpful guide sheet to show you the combinations. ... show more

I've been using this for about a week or so now, and it makes really good espresso. It's fairly easy to use, and has a really large water reservoir. It has a really nice beverage guide for making a variety of espresso beverages and a pretty good instruction book. I still haven't figured out how to froth my oatmilk properly, but that is more likely than not user error, and not anything wrong with the machine.
